“Usually always exceptional! But they don’t train their staff long enough. I felt so sorry for our server. She should not have been left on her own yet. She struggled and it affected the service we received. We got no spoon to stir my dad’s tea. No lemons we asked for the water. No breadsticks. No dressing or croutons for the salad. The food was borderline cold. Not her fault. Is why I still give a 5 ⭐️ review. Great effort for her 2nd day 😊“

“Every now and again, a compliment is not a bad thing. I had the best experience at my local Pizzeria in Harlingen. Natalia Peña, MOD, was awesome. Her Customer service was exactly like it should be. The staff were outgoing and very welcoming. Then on top of that the pizza was perfect. I highly recommend Pizzeria. They do things right. I’ll be back“

“I would recommend them a million times over and over. Forever! It’s good food and amazing customer service. They’re like family. I Love it here. The Owner (Steve) is an Amazing Kind Hearted Person. He makes the whole experience worth every second. I Highly recommend stefanos pizza.“

“I have ordered from here 4 times within the last couple of months and each time i have had nothing but good service and food. They deliver fast, my pizza is always made very quickly and it is very good, all in all this is an awesome pizza hut for sure.“

“I visited 15 before 9pm on a Saturday. We were seated and handed menus then owner/ manager comes to tell us the kitchen was "closed because they hadn't had anyone in over an hour, and bar was closed"(even though there was a bartender there). I told her we were from out of town after she told us to "come back another day". I was disappointed she didn't offer quick prep menu items or let us at least enjoy a glass of wine. Needless to say, I will never visit this establishment again. If you want to close earlier at least change your operation hours to reflect that and lock your doors at closing time.“
