This is the second time I've gone to this location recently and been disappointed. The first time, the girl taking the order in the drive through was too busy laughing and joking with a coworker to get the order correct and it had to be repeated and corrected more than once. Then the egg rolls were way over cooked. Tonight I ordered a southwest chicken salad. First the young man put chicken sandwich. It was corrected. He asked if I wanted grilled or crispy chicken. I got the order, didn't check it and that's on me, but when I got home, I had a regular chicken salad. It wasn't even that busy, one car parked on the side in front and one car in the back. Do better. This should not be the norm but the exception.

The worst jack in the box I have ever visited, there were only three employees at 7:25 am, one for the front and the service car, a cook and another outside cleaning the windows, it took them 7 minutes to serve me and give us the food 25 minutes and because I asked him if he was going to give me the order, he told me that I had to wait because they didn't have fries, I asked him for the manager because I wanted to talk to him and he told me that there weren't any, he overcharged me card and they returned them to me in cash, the worst service, I do not recommend it.

Place is always dirty, the coke machine never has all the options it should. Always expect your order to be wrong. People with bad attitude work here and they're always on their phone.

A wonderful experience , made the food perfect,the store was exceptionally clean thank you for a great experience. I wish I would have gotten my receipt so I could have let the corporate office know . As an ex manager of Jack in the box it pays to hand out those receipts I know from experience. Good job ?

Although I specifically asked for a plain and dry chicken sandwich as part of the $5 meal, it came with this rotten piece of lettuce. They are certainly risking the health of customers.
