Went in at 2:45pm on 1/5/26. Employee at front NEVER acknowledged my presence. Same for the person at the center back. Three customers were seated. First employee finished an order and continued to ignore me. A customer walked in and the second employee asked customer “how can I help you?” First employee proceeded to make his sandwich. I left in disgust. Left my chips and cookie on the counter. Customer near the door witnessed the whole thing. Apparently you spend ZERO time training your workers. Let me know if you care to restore my faith in your business…

This was by far the best sub I have eaten. Beats Subway and other subs places hand down. I like that they cut the meat, cheese at time of ordering and the vegetables where fresh and crisp. Staff was very polite from when you enter the store up to when you leave.

It wasn’t 9pm the manager closed the door while looking me in the eye and locked it. It would have been my first jersey mikes. I just got out of work. It wasn’t 9pm
They really need a lot more space. More chairs and tables. They’re only tables and chairs for 30 people. Build another Jersey Mike’s or add more floor to the building . A lot people had to leave because no space to sit.

Nice clean store, friendly staff. Was impressed by the speed of the employee and the general sandwich knowledge of Joel. He was so sweet and helpful. I wish all the sandwich stores had Joel to help us decide what is the best jersey Mike sandwich to get. Definitely will come back again.

I just have to say, the employees here are fantastic. I started out eating only the #56 Big Kahuna Philly Cheesesteak, but then one day decided to try a cold sub. The employees were very kind and walked me through some of the options on the menu. The subs are great, whether cold or hot. I’ll keep coming back:
