It’s small for the price !!! Ok but not worth the price ..

The foods gotten a little smaller for the price, not sure but 50. %of the time the sub isn't cut in half and j usually gets the same one each purchase so idk. If you have a big truck then be advised, the drive thru is pretty tight.

Not very friendly, when paying, machine asks if you want to give tip. Really? I asked for my order To Go, they handed me sandwiches, so I said can I get a bag to carry everything. With no words the guy tosses a small paper bag on counter., not big enough for everything. So I have to bag everything myself and You want A Tip!! Sandwich was just so so too.

Love their sandwiches. I use the app to order when I'm leaving my last appointment at the VA clinic and heading home. The store is always clean and the work staff is polite.

Worst experience. The employees don't acknowledge you entering or leaving establishment. First time going to eat there and really didn't know what to order. He didn't even bother to make any suggestions. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered two #7...favorite...l thought they were supposed to have more meat....they were thin ...kinda disappointed

Blow ?, my taste buds away, this place beats their next door neighbor not just lettuce with a few pickles, But..#7..super filling..Fantastic incredible sandwich was just going to eat half..it was so yummy and delicious had to finish it..was my first time at Jimmy John's even thou l am from the area..now one of my favorite places...thank you for the great experience and service in the preparation ? ? ? of my delicious meal...

The food was terrible. It was our first and last time here . Compared to Subway the food was tasteless and expensive. We paid about $6.00 more than we usually do at subway for about the same amount of food and similar sandwich.Honestly I don’t know how it has stayed in business.

Order was completely wrong it's like they didn't even read my order. If the manager reads this please respond.
