Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It was my first time trying this place and highly recommend. They were super patient and answered all of our questions. Even gave us some tips about keto to help us out. I will definitely be a regular. So far I can say my favorite is the strawberry brownie. Can’t wait to try everything else.

This is my first review I post for anything and I would like to say what an excellent local keto store this is. 1st. the keto brownies we got were delicious! Definitely will be purchasing more and a keto cake in the future. 2nd. The owner (I believe) was helping us first timers with keto tips like what to eat/buy to help me and my fiance on our keto journey. He even sent us refrences for keto as well! So the service was impeccable. Definitely will be coming back.

Food is good but service is fairly iffy. I have driven from McAllen a couple times only to arrive and it’s closed during operating hours. The lights were on, displays had food but a lady inside waved her finger at me. There was no explanation as to why they were closed. They didn’t answer the phone either. It’s frustrating to waste a couple hours of the day and go home empty handed. I’d suggest calling before heading to the shop because clearly operating hours don’t mean much. Having said that I called a few times and no one answered either. Shame as the food is very good!

UPDATE: They finally replied and said the green one was their new "Cookie Monster" flavor, that is blue on the inside but bakes up green on the outside. Ok, it's good to know that I didn't get a rotten cookie, but the flavors I was supposed to get were not what I ended up getting. The listing said the combo pack came with a peanut butter and a white chocolate walnut but instead I got a Cookie Monster (a blue-colored chocolate chip cookie) and a chocolate chip cookie with sprinkles. They are very good, but communication is not good and I didn't get what I ordered so I won't be ordering again.I ordered a combo pack of keto cookie sandwiches and a pack of various brownies. They arrived quickly, and as soon as they were delivered we opened the package to get everything split between the fridge and freezer... they were packaged well and overall looked good except for one. One cookie sandwich was a nauseating dark green color! None of the items sent had ANY indication of what flavor each one is, so I don't know what flavor the green one was but hopefully any others of that flavor that they have aren't rancid also! I have tried emailing them twice, I sent a message via the "contact us" on Shop, I sent a DM via Instagram, posted on Facebook that tagged them. NO RESPONSE. So unprofessional! I will be filing a complaint via Shop, the BBB, and my credit card company.

We have been to the Tyler location a few times now and we are hooked. The owner and her family are so nice. Everything we’ve gotten from there has been delicious.
