Love KFC, but Mobile Order Pick Up is so slow! (Supposed to "Skip the Wait") App says estimated time (5 minutes) and will say it's Ready..but in reality you still have to wait in the restaurant for 30 more minutes. By the time chicken is out, the sides they give you to soften your wait for the chicken.. get cold 😑 Never fails.

We picked up an order today for lunch, almost $17, people at window were so confused about orders they didn't know what was what, thinking we already got the order told them no, so guy just grabbed drinks and a bag, wasn't even our order, of course when you're limited with time from work you don't take the time you should to check out everything in the order. Getting home we have chicken nuggets and a 3 piece dark meat!!!! FOR ALMOST $$$17

Some customers have experienced a lack of availability of certain items, even before closing time. However, the food itself is still enjoyable, with made-to-order snack-sized 10 pc chicken nuggets being a highlight. The convenient packaging and refreshing beverages, like a carbonated Pepsi, add to the pleasant experience. Despite some inconsistencies, KFC still has its moments, but could improve on service and food preparation.
