i was order a family meal and the girl taking my order looked so confused the whole time, didnt even ask what sides i wanted, she just asked if that was it??? i was confused bc do they just pick our sides for us or what? anyways she forgot the 6 biscuits as well, we only for 4, she had also locked her self out from the cash register. do you guys just hire anybody now🫩

Came to dine in , have been waiting about 45 minutes. The place is filthy and by the soda machine the floor is full of liquids. To top off the long wait, my order was wrong! This place needs some help bad!!

Don't understand why you have any app to earn rewards point that only works halfway. Was rudely told by cashier Marisol that she doesn't understand why I want to earn points anyways. So you have ab app that I can't use in store. Wow

The staff took forever to get the order out, being past the 15 minute threshold for online orders. Order was forgotten and I had to ask them about it just to finally receive my food. Terrible service.

They forgot to give me my buffalo ranch sauce we asked them if they gave us our sauces they said everything was in there but it wasn't not true we place a online order so disappointed I hope they fix it for the next time.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Sub par food that was barely edible. Evening manager shows she cares little if at all for her customers or food that is produced. Chicken was horrid. This is such a shame since KFC was once a place that guaranteed fresh and well made chicken. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed and their franchise pulled.

Very poor customer service today, 8/28/25 @19:18 Hrs.... no info when your order will be ready. Waited more than 35 minutes for the mobile order when it was confirmed to be ready at 19:15 hours.

Reason for the review is that it's always disappointing when you go to the store at 6:30 in the evening wanting Crispy fried chicken and they have none.
Only response is that they don't have any Crispy chicken breasts and will not be making anymore for today. How is that possible? Ridiculous answer.
Store doesn't close for another 3 hours.

Absolutely not. Ordered the 5pc tender combe and got little thin dried pieces of chicken. They must have had those tenders sitting under heat since earlier in the day. Potatoes wedges were cold too. Never again sticking to Churches

Waited in the drive through for many minutes waiting. Nobody else in front of me or behind me and basically the palace was empty. Nobody even took my order so I just ended up having to leave. I could see the people at the drive through window, at least two of them, just chatting away yet they could not take my order. This happens all of the time at this location. They probably need new management. This KFC is the worst!
