Well... KFC is definitely not what is used to be. Prices went up, ok.. but I would expect food to be just as good in quality. Just bring back the Kentucky in KFC.

Usually go to Churches, but haven’t had KFC in a long while! I decided to give it a try. Ordered drive-thru. No greeting, no thank you, no nothing. The female at the window just grabbed my form of payment, gave me my food, and that was it. It wasn’t busy to say that maybe she was in a hurry. Ate my food, and the chicken wasn’t anything I had missed, or was impressed by. It’s no wonder why I’d rather eat Churches. Harlingen KFC =???? it’s only 9:00 and they have no biscuits and original Chicken ready. They don’t want to have anything ready and why if they close at 10 or 10:30.

everything was good BUT when I got there it was not even closing time and looked like they ran out of everything?? need to step the there game up on making little bit of here and there. I could understand it was 5 to 10 mins of closing time but they still had like an hour or two. but food was good.

Went thru drive thru at about 730 pm tonight. Person taking order was rude and in bad mood.Was talking to myself on drive thru so had to drive up to window. Was told the breast was only available in crispy and the chicken tasted old - threw it away . When the guy gave me my order he almost just threw it at me and closed the window. I should have checked it there and gotten my money instead. Won’t be going back
Food is not as good as other KFC locations. The counter service is BAD...they have to deal with drive ups and always do not give you what you order...always check befor you leave....last of all the employees are not well groomed for handling food products.

I got the family meal and the sides tasted like they had been sitting there for days the corn was absolutely disgusting tasted like it had already gone bad ill probably never go to this specific location ever again. They need improvement in taste ....
