I went to lunch on Wed. with a couple of coworkers and I'm glad to see one of the BEST cooks Khan's has ever had back again. Juan did an awesome job cooking our food. He is very respectful, and cooked our food just the way we wanted it. It was delicious. I will definitely be coming back to eat here more often now that I know he's back !

It's okay. You pay like 50 for two people after drinks and an order of egg rolls. You get a red bowl for protein. A sign says if you overfill it, you pay extra and it's a SMALL bowl where you can't really put much meat in it. The selection is very minimum. The green bowl is the same thing. You get noodles or fried rice with it at the end. There are other restaurants that have the same food from the same vendors, more options, with unlimited refills, for a little less than 50. I might have the colors of the bowls wrong but the sizes are accurate when I day they are small. Oh, it says no photos allowed. š

Since it was our first visit here the lady that greeted us spent a lot of time explaining what and how they serve the meals. She was super friendly and I felt she did a fantastic job helping us. The cook we dealt with also went explaining our options. All of the employees we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. The food is fantastic. We'll be back!

Iām never going back to Khans. I donāt go often but every single time weāve gone the steamed rice is super hard like itās old rice. We asked for fresh rice and the waitress said they stop making rice at 7:30pm,it was 8:10 when we got there to eat. So if they run out of rice by 7:30 they wonāt make anymore?? Then when we go pay we let the cashier know about it and tells us that the rice is a complementary with meal. So then Rene tells her yeah I get that but it was so hard like it was old. Didnāt even apologize at all and just kept saying the rice is a complementary. Rene asked can we at least get a discount. She says Iād need to ask my manager. So she goes to ask her and comes to say we can only make one plate a veggie plate which only took off $2 dollarsš¤¦š½āāļø oh and then she tells us the next time to tell our waitress and we said we did tell her and she said that they stop making rice at 7:30 sheās like,she told you that and we said yes. She says oh well either way the rice is a complementary. The manager didnāt even come up to us at all and apologize either. Horrible customer service and horrible management!!

My wife and I were there a few days ago; the beef was hard to chew; my wife was served a burnt bread and upon request for another one, the waitress brought it and then took our ticket; upon check-out we asked the cashier if she was charging for the extra bread; she said yes; we explained no charge for the bread since the 1st was burnt; she had the gall to say because my wife bit the burnt bread she was charging $1; I asked to speak to the manager; she said she is the manager; I told her she should know better than to charge for an item that was not to customer satisfaction; I told her I could not believe she was making an issue for a $1 bread...unbelievable!! She said she would remove the $1 but next time not to bite on the item...at that point...I told her...there won't be a next time as this is the last time we will step into this place...Wow! The manager lost two customers forever on a measly $1 burnt bread item. We had intended to leave a tip for the waitress, but retrieved the tip for the worst treatment by the MANAGER. Lesson: be careful before you bite...if it is not good...you will be charged anyway. Ps. I did not complain of the elastic...hard beef nor the super cold temperature in the restaurant...Now you know...don't go there.
Great food. The waitresses are so nice. The price is great for the size of plate you end up getting.

Worst service, manager running her business staring people down when foods overcooked/burnt made the cooks and cashiers nasty attitude unsurprising once it occurred. Donāt recommend unless you donāt mind paying for food youāll have to force yourself to enjoy cause they canāt make it right the first time and donāt know how to fix it without being rude and distasteful.
