We had the American Chicken Enchilada plate. I asked the server if it was white or dark meat and she told me dark. When I received the plate it was white meat. I didn't want them to redo the plate to avoid waste or even getting the server in trouble so we ate them. I wish the server had taken the time to ask the cook if she was unsure. The beans were refried perfectly and had a good flavor but the rice on the other hand was hard as if they'd been under the food warmer...
Can’t believe I’ve never written a review— Las Vegas chicken enchiladas is probably my favorite plate of food in the world. I grew up in Harlingen, but have since moved to Austin and every time I visit it is a non-negotiable.
The refried beans are the absolute greatest on earth, the cheese is amazing. Tortillas they serve on the side are fluffy and delicious. Truly I love this place so much.

The Las Vegas Cafe was very busy but I don't know why. Took forever for our dinner to be served. Waitress served us never to return until time to give us the check. The salsa was good and chips okay. The fajitas were tender and tasty but the carne guisada was bland. From our experience I would not recommend.
