Hot and ready means, it should be ready! This has to be the worst LC in Harlingen! They NEVER have an of the pizzas ready. Every time I go and ask for a simple hot and ready, it’s always the same bs, 5-6 minute wait because they’re trying to push the extra most best pizza. This is EVERY time. Not everyone likes the extra cheese or pepperoni! I understand sometimes the regular pizzas run out, but every time?

My kids love the pizza but the atmosphere it should be much more space to park maybe a few tables inside to dine in something that's gonna fix the atmosphere!

Worst service literally waited almost an hour for only 2 pizza of the extra and they took forever I can see them from outside smoking and playing inside taking forever honestly I’m not one to do all this but I did wanna speak to a manager and the line was disconnected pizza wasn’t fresh and nasty not worth the money at all.

My order was wrong and the Manager has no customer service skills. The only reason i come to the little Caesars on Morgan is because its close to where I live but after today im going to the one on 77 instead.

Half the pizza didn't have cheese. It was the craziest thing, i thought I was being pranked. $17 for a stuffed crust with no cheese on half. But the side that did have cheese was good, so 🤷.
I came in and saw their nacho cheese container practically empty, but I still ordered a pretzel pizza, thinking they will go to the back and get more nacho cheese sauce. The prep even said, I need more nacho cheese sauce when she saw my order on her screen... WRONG!! My pizza had none to very little nacho cheese sauce... 👎🏻 Definitely not satisfied with their way of doing things.
