Noone seemed like they wanted to be there I tried to.call in an order and kept getting a voicemail and couldn't order o line it wouldn't take my card... worst experience

On my work lunch got a pizza and headed back to work. Pizza looked old and it was not the hot and fresh liked they advertise. Went back next day with the pizza minus 3 slices we tried and threw out. Manager gave me refund but gave a lit of lip action about 3 slices being gone.

I love this place I live in San Benito and it's way more better this one in harlingen since they open and tried it my family has love coming here to get our pizzas I recommend it so much they are so nice and so respectful give you the confidence that our food would be done right and good I would give this place a 1000% my top choice thank you all of you keep up the good work

Fresh breadsticks with extra butter!! The best. I had actually forgotten my card, so i downloaded google pay and the cashier was very patient in waiting. Thank you!! And they weren't lying abt the breadsticks just coming out! ?

Okay so I noticed that their pizzas were a little raw in the middle. And whenever I would get pizza from here everyone would complain about stomach issues. This is the fourth time that we have all gotten sick from ordering here.This time the pizza seemed like it had been sitting for a long time. I would say order fresh but then the dough isn’t fully cooked. I don’t have this issue at other locations.Maybe I’m wrong but I would steer clear!

Horrible customer service. I got off and a customer was waiting ahead of me..the customer complained and asked if anyone was gonna tend to her..the lady responded she's been busy but other employees ignored as the register..the lady said if we didn't like it we can leave..no hot n ready ready horrible customer service.then when it was my turn I wasn't gonna let her be rude to me. I asked if they had anything ready she nope 15 minutes or leave I was like #$@! YOU what is your problem lady..I told her I was gonna leave review and she said don't come back or she would call cops because I was pissed and cussed..I don't know what kind of establishment is being run there but that manager was so rude and I never leave reviews and she pissed me off just horrible customer service

Two and a half weeks ago I ordered a pizza and a few other items for delivery. I had done so multiple times before. This time though, the order was cancelled by the restaurant, after I had paid for it. The total was around 33 dollars. I have tried to call the store, to no avail. They won't even accept my call. I called the corporate number (twice) and was assured that a full refund would be sent within 10 business days. That came and went. Now I can't even get through to the corporate #. This store stole my $ and I don't know what to do? I have never had this happen before. I love Lil Caesars. Since I was a kid. Do not give your $ to this shady store.

Did not answer phone to customize my order… you need to make this an option to call in your order to each persons liking… very disappointed ?

I placed an order for 20 pizzas for a Saturday, and even called two days before to confirm they'd be available, which they said they would be. Day of, no order was placed on the system. Then the employee had the attitude to tell me that it was best to talk to a manager WHEN THE MANAGER'S NUMBER GOES DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL!!! I'm usually pretty patient but this was incompetence at its finest. Didn't even apologize for the mix up. I feel sorry for retail workers having to put up with so much but this was a sorry showing on their part all around.
