This is the closest marble slab to me, every time I come with my wife we have a great experience. The worker Maria has been the one to serve us every time and every time we go she is very nice and has a great conversation with my wife and I. Will be back for sure ! Thank you Maria for your help!

Took my little sister to get ice cream from here and we only got one big ice cream cup so we could both share.I asked the lady if I could get an extra cup or spoon. She rudely said “no we don’t give cups” and continued on with another customer like seriously lady I couldn’t even get a small carton cup?! I’ve gone to other ice cream places and they kindly give me what I ask for or are nicer about stuff.

Went in to purchase a cake and without even greeting us she quickly yells “that’s all we have” like jeez not a welcoming experience and as we were cashing out she just says “if you don’t know what to do read the box” like okay you’re the one who works here don’t you think you should have some type of customer service experience but I guess since not Next time will go to Dairy Queen

Very rude and disrespectful female employee. I see going through these reviews that people have had a similar experience, and nothing has been resolved which is shocking. I was taken back by the rude comments that were being made, it made the experience not enjoyable.
I had an awful experience today with an extremely rude female employee. By reading previous reviews, it's interesting that this has been an on-going issue with this location. Nothing has been done to resolve this issue despite an "owner" reaching out to their customers. I've already contacted corporate about this issue. Looking forward to speaking with them soon.

The lady was so rude, I had to walk out. I just left on Wednesday April 5 at 7:15. I hope she's not management! She was so condescending! I will never go back!

The service was so bad! They were turning off lights at 7:45 PM when it closes @9. All tables and chairs were picked up and the wait line was so long . There were two employees at the time but one of them was just putting everything away an hour before closing... and the other one was working on orders. Most toppings were out away and half of the ice cream flavors . I'm not sure what they expected.. there was a line of costumers still buying. Also they were not willing to do more than 3 mix ins in a cup. I'm not sure why it says unlimited ( as long as it fits in cup) I asked for 4 toppings and they refused me. Was there in line for over 45 minutes so I just didn't walk out since I had my kids waiting . Greatly disappointed with the service .
