I was told to move forward to wait for my fries so I did so many cars had already passed by and I was still waiting for my fries for my order I had to get off just to get my fries!!!!!

I just passed by like 10 minutes ago and the drive thru girl was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes and didn’t provide any utensils in the bag, there was no creamers and when we asked for some she only gave us 3. When we asked for more she gave us 3 more which is not enough for 2 coffees considering how much they fill up the coffee cups. Overall we shouldn’t have to deal with moody teenagers who are being disrespectful and clearly don’t want to be there. I suggest just sending them home is they’re gonna be acting that way

Last week in the drive thru, on Sunday was a MASS DISASTER. Only 1 lane open and they couldn't keep up. I waited 45 mins in the numbered pickup area for my order. The lady next to me finally got her order and left. 2 min later she was back, yelling at the car hop this was unacceptable and wanted her money back. It was all cold. I finally went in and complained, finally got my food. They had lots of workers so not short staffed. This McDonalds always has service problems

After waiting 20 minutes went back to the counter to find out about my order then 15 minutes later order completed I would have left earlier but had prepaid. wow!!

Feb. 13, 2025 Update: just visited again, while perhaps one can see employees a bit more in the kids eating/play area, I would not rate the employee as the greatest of service provider. Eventually we had to go finish getting our drinks because it seemed she wanted to be at another table before she was done with us. Also, never once saw someone come wipe down/clean the tables. * * * * * Had my daughter order some food on the app while we were in the play area with my granddaughters and all was going fine. Then a girl brought the food minus drinks, condiments so I had to get them. Later someone splilled a drink as they were leaving and went to report it. But over 15 minutes later, nothing! I reported it to a guy in blue shirt but minutes and napkins later, nothing! We finally left we or before my granddaughters would have an accident and fell. I had to even put up the yellow cones for them.

I am not sure why but these guys over cook the hashbrowns. I order 6 of the. And each one was hard and over cooked. I did get my money back back they made it seem like they were doing me a favor. Crazy thing is I used to enjoy eating there. Bad management. Because someone had to notice the mistake 6 dark hashbrowns really

It doesn't matter if you order a coffee ot a big mac at the drive thru they will always make you pull up.to a spot and wait. This is by far the worst McDonald's in Harlingen, TX or maybe even the state. I ordered 5 Mcchickens ans waited 25 minutes. Trust me folks save yourself the time and drive across town or to another city. It will probably be quicker.

Worse service ever! Fries were as hard as rocks and brown! Took 45 min for my order to come out to curbside. I actually had to go in and get it myself. Never again am I comin to this McDonald’s! And the curbside worker was horrible as well left me there still waiting for ketchup!

I have ordered three times from this McDonald’s using curbside and all three times they have forgot to bring the food out. Expect to wait 20 minutes for food if you do curbside. I had to go grab it inside

Been there three times the last 2 months they are advertising their pies. The three times that I've been there they never have any apple pies or they tell me I'll take 12 minutes when I place the order 40 minutes ago. I ordered online so they should have started making them then.

They always ask you to pull up to the parking spot bc they are making food and take forever to bring out to your car. Only this location it seems to happen.
