Worst McDonald’s in Harlingen. Unprofessional, poor customer service, and extremely ugly with customers. They forgot to remove their little funny note they left on my receipt. Apparently me and my kids door trash because we go in because they took over 20 minutes for my order and the store was not even busy

The manager Michelle hung up on me when I called after getting my food 8 mins later after being parked and then waiting an extra 5 mins for the drink they didn’t give me. Corporate needs to send secret shoppers to that location cause they always get out food order wrong . They need to come unannounced and see for themselves the problem with that location.

Takes forever to get your food and there’s already cars parked waiting for their food as well and by the time you get your food it’s cold and soggy fries this is not fast food if it takes 30 minutes to get your food and to top it off they just squirt a bunch of ketchup and mustard so nasty 🤮

I walked in to pick up an order for Uber eats and was told they were going to start making the order. I then had to wait about 20 minutes watching others walk in, order and get their food before the waitress to finally bring me the order
