I came to this McDonald’s at 10:25 AM to get breakfast for my family. By 10:45, we still did not have our order. I stood at the counter and was told by a manager that the delay was because of the two McChicken biscuits, since they “had to be fried.” I told her I understood, but McChicken patties take about 3 minutes to fry — not 20.
After waiting another 15 minutes, I got the attention of the on-shift manager, Carolina. When I asked about my order, she claimed she had it and then attempted to hand me a completely wrong bag that didn’t come close to matching the number of items I ordered.
About five minutes later, she then said the pancakes had to be cooked fresh and told me I should just get a refund. At this point, I had a very hungry toddler and only 30 minutes to be where I needed to be. I told her I did not want a refund — I wanted the food I ordered.
Ten minutes later, at 11:29 AM, she finally handed me my order, “freshly made.” I waited over an hour for two chicken biscuits and one tray of hotcakes. That is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the manager was extremely unprofessional. When I called her out for lying about both the pancakes and the McChicken biscuits, her only response was, “I don’t work in the kitchen.” That is not an excuse — especially from a manager.
This was a horrible experience from start to finish, and I will not be returning to this location.

Order a double fish sandwich, got only one fish and it was so sloppy. Cheese was part on the sandwich and part on box. Went for my missing fish thinking they would fix it. I was wrong. See pic! 😕

This would have been a great review, but that night manager needs more people skills. We arrived 30 min till closing. Food was great and arrived quickly. I guess the same shift manager(young short girl) from the MCD on 1015 in Weslaco was transferred to this one. She came out from the back, said nothing to us, locked the doors, went to the back and shut the light off in the lobby. 5 minutes later a cook from the back came out and asked nicely if we could go so they could finish up and go home. We apologize for the time and gathered up what we had left, thanked him for at least talking to us, and left.
Food was cooked perfectly and was fast.

If they don't mess up your order, it's pretty good but some of the employees can be very rude too and always want to be parking people

I went for the grinch holiday special and wasn't expecting a wait for an 30+ mins to not get my meal. I over heard another person stating he was waiting for almost an hour. This will be my last time going to this location. My last visit was also horrible. The drive thru customers were getting their orders but not dine in. There is limited sitting inside as well. People who wanted to dine in couldn't find sitting. I got a refund and left. There shouldn't be an excuse for the wait time when drive thru was getting their food out.

Im not one to give a bad review but tonight I pick up my daughter (I do keep in mind it is late at night) from work and she wanted mcdonalds. We went but the wait was long, she had ordered a medium caramel frappe but was given a small when it shows on the receipt medium. It was not even blended correctly and did not have the caramel presentation on top. I had ordered a double meal deal, my bottom bun was hard on the outside edges. I would understand if you are maby short staffed or someone was new and in training but this wasn't the first time we had a bad experience. I would like for you as the company to make sure this will not happen again to me or anyone, I understand how difficult it can be working in this type of job , this is reason why im not being to aggressive with my review.

Hours of operation are not correct. I placed an order came to pick up and they were closed. No refund and rude staff that did not care and told me to leave and get out the way while i tried to explain I was charged for an order that I did not receive and the app did not Let me know that they were closed.

We’re sitting at drive thru waiting for our dinner. For about 15 minutes and 2 girls that were working were playing around the whole time grabbing each others hair and playing around. One employee dropped her hat a couple of times and picked it up withe her hair hands and proceeded to touch our lids. Then proceeded to rub her nose. That’s very called cross contamination and very unsanitary,
