If you are blessed enough to meet Corina, she's a ray of sunshine in a human form. I had Huevos divorciados ?. She's always so kind and attentive. I always feel welcome when she's there. It's people and good food that makes me come back.

I was in Harlingen, TX, and stopped by MI Rancho,( A.K.A.) Rancho restaurant. Anyway, I was craving a Tex-Mex breakfast, and this place had a full parking lot. I found an empty table, and in no time, a friendly waitress was handing me a menu. I ordered the pork chop with eggs ( scrambled), and it came with beans, potatoes, and two flour tortillas. Oh, also a small side bowl of salsa is served. I ordered O.J. instead of my usual cup of coffee. There is no particular reason, but I'm glad I did. It was refreshing. The Chop was tender and flavourful, I liked that it was grilled. Everything I ate was made perfectly. The place definitely had a vipe of a busy restaurant with the sound of clanging plates in the background. The decor, definitely South Texas, I liked the hand painted portraits. I'm glad I stopped here to eat ,it was well worth it. The service and friendliness of the staff made it special.

I have tried this place three times now and here are my take aways. The food is excellent. Full of flavor and I can't say I disliked anything I've tried. Twice I went during the week and the place was fairly empty and got served extremely quickly. Once I went on the weekend after church and the place was extremely busy. Service suffered and it took a long time for drinks and food but I would still highly recommend it.
Great service on an 8am Ash Wednesday visit for some breakfast tacos. Greeted immediately, directed to the front counter for to-go order. The young man behind the counter was very friendly, and extremely appreciative of the gratuity. The egg & bean tacos were large (ordered two, more than enough), coffee was a bit weak. There is a select menu of breakfast items on a small whiteboard when you walk in, I was hoping some other taco options, but "egg & beans" was the only one listed. I had my food ready within 10 minutes.

It was a cool night and the temperature inside was very cold. Did not enjoy sitting and relaxing to have a good conversation with friends, so we just ate and left. A/C was set to 65°. Asked if they could raise the temperature to something more comfortable and they brought out like 3 different remotes but none of them worked. Food was good, service was ok, prices are reasonable. Overall it's a good spot to eat.

Terrible customer service!! They forgot some of my food & didn't give me my lemonade. I called to ask if I could go another day because I was already home & they seemed very busy. Well no, you have to go same day on their mistake!! We will no longer give them business. Food us awful anyway. Fajitas were raw, rice was sticky weird flavor. No guacamole with my plate which I know it comes with.$ 16 no thank you!! Save your Money. Go elsewhere!!
