I’ve bought bread from here and had relatives bring some and it’s always the same issue :/.
The bread is stale 85% of the time. Their bread when fresh is tasty but yeah… that was hardly the case this morning (we bought chocolate and glazed donuts)! Just please actually take out old bread and replace it with the fresh stuff?
Hopefully the brownsville location will do better with that.

My partner went for a sweet little treat and brought back 6 pieces of baked goods. 2 glazed donuts, which were fine. They tasted like fried dough with a hint of sweetness. 2 ham and cheese croissants. Cold but the flavor was actually pretty good (w/ CFA sauce). And 2 chocolate donuts, which were actually really bad. It was very obvious they were at least a day old. Rock hard, dry, and crazy dense. With it being $3.99 a PIECE, I’d much rather take my business to Shipley’s.

Bought 4 pieces of bread. Ridiculously overpriced! This empanada was hollow inside it was just plain bread. I do not recommend them.
I always get conchas when im in the valley. Today we stopped by very early and what a disappointment! We drove off about thirty minutes and reached out for a concha and OMG it was so dry and tough! This concha must have been from yesterday! Never again! And it was so expensive!
Closed the last 5 or 6 times we've driven by. Various times.
Hours posted are not accurate! I have gone twice during posted hours and they are closed!! No additional sign with reason for being closed when posted hours show that it should be open! Super disappointing!
I loved it here. It was about to close and I met the lady that was working here and she was very nice. Very helpful. Definitely will be coming back. The place was very clean. The food was delicious as well as the cold coffees I asked for a caramel, and my husband asked for a mocha and we both loved it.

Favorite bakery in town. The ladies are kind and always greet you, the bread is soo good whatever you decide. The conchas are their signature, so I'd recommend that. They used to sell besitos, which were my favorite.
They accept credit cards and have a drive thru. Something most local bakeries still do not have.
The prices are by weight, but are well worth it.

please stay away from the location in pecan Street. stopped in for 4 pieces of DRY bread, and two VERY DISAPPOINTING coffees. no music, no customer service. The person serving last night on pecan Street location was very under trained when it came to the Expresso machine, no customer service skills, atmosphere is DEAD
I like this bakery, the problem is the high prices, used to be more reasonable, staff could be more friendly have yet to meet one with a smile. Went by today got 4 cinnamon rolls "little ones"....$11!!!! Pastries are good but 11 bucks ehhh. Used to go often but now it's only once in a while. If you get a drink you may need to finance it! Lol

My family and I went in to get some breakfast pastries and coffee. The family working were so nice, and the stuff we left with was absolutely divine
