First of all, I would love to start with how the peter pipers team helped us make my son's 1st birthday party AMAZING. We were headed for a disaster, because we did not reserve a party on a Saturday!! As we were talking, a manager came and asked if everything was OK And if there was anything he can do to help? We told him the situation and without letting us finish, he sprung into action saying we can't waste time. In no time did he get us 2 rows. Ran us a tab, got pizzas out Fast, and without asking him he gave a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR SON. HUGE THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER JUAN AND HIS TEAM. A 10 out of 10. Ps: OREO CRUNCH AND ICE CREAM IS THE BEST THANK YOU FOR THE IDEA JUAN.

Had the worst experience ever after a hard day at work decided to enjoy a pizza and get there special well when we arrived the cashier up front already looked upset we just asked for the special and a drink and asked politely if within 15 min later the second pizza could be put it since that one we would be taking home .She said NO so we asked if we could speak to the manager just to ask the same since it would be gross by the time it would arrive home in which she made a remark with a shitty attitude ( SHE’S GOING TO TELL YOU THE SAME ! Ughh ok can u please call her 😒.. Well we didn’t know the manager had been standing there next to her the whole time so to not make her employee look stupid she told us she couldn’t do that because in the past there was issues where the second pizza wasn’t picked up lol or where the pizza was cold ! 😂 exactly lol that’s why we were asking for a later time 🤦🏻♀️ we paid for it and literally were politely asking if the pizza could be put in 15 min later from the time we got there since we were eating 1 pizza there and the other one was to take home same as ordering online .. She was persistent about saying NO blocking anything we had to explain So we ended up canceling the whole order just because they couldn’t do a slight adjustment same as if I would of called it in 15 min later only difference is we paid for it earlier ☠️ the she has the audacity to ask if we want to at least keep the drink 😂 with that crappy attitude we can just take out business to another Peter Piper near us
UPDATE: The Manager reached out to me in regards to how the team leader had responded and mistaken my request .. Amanda was very polite and even gave us 2 pizzas for our dilemma the other day .. Because of her and how she approached the situation and handled it I understand how some of these workers are overwhelmed and where some confusion can come to play .. I really appreciate how fast they handled this situation the pizza was fresh and as always hit the spot .. Ty Amanda ( :

😑Pizza was cheesy! 🩷 I love that it is different from other PPP on the games and the coaster is cool. Manager Juan is awesome and I forgot person's name in games is amazing with kids. He goes out of his way!!! This is exactly what a Peter Piper supposed to be. We are from Mcallen and we drive over here because the games are better and almost all working.
Update: Pizzas are not the same Long wait time too. I guess manager became to comfortable and people there can be rude prize person did not see there anymore. Now alot of games not working. Bumper cars the guy picks the cars instead of giving them a choice. Wth. I think personally they need to put foam around the metal poles kids are running or even if they bump into it it is dangerous.

Hit or miss with pizza from here. Some days its lacking the extra pepperoni I paid for so it has to be re made. Other days its over cooked and burnt, some times its super good, cheesy and right amount of sauce
