I ordered lrg pizza got there in 15min. Asked to add on breadsticks. Girl gave me a remote/pager thing never went off. After waiting 30min seeing others order & get there food. I go up and ask. Girl oh your orders right here & I tell her your thing never went off. Mgr old lady came we can make the order again. So I can be there another 45min? I came home warmed all up in oven.mgr kept my receipt. Heads up their devices don't always work and they really had a no care attitude. I get it ; it wasn't their money or time wasted. I won't be going anymore.

Had my son’s bday party here. Reserved with 2 months anticipation and wasn’t aware we couldn’t have table decorations made of balloons before hand. I spent a lot of money to make the area look nice for pictures and memories and when asked why we couldn’t have them up, they couldn’t give us an answer. Had we known we couldn’t decorate we’d have never come here in the first place. Apart from all of this, employees were rude and not willing to educate us accordingly about how parties worked since it was our first time. Peter piper in Harlingen, you should really let your clients know that they cannot decorate 2 months in advance when they reserve your tables.

Food is ok. Games are fun. Prices are a bit high but manageable. I'm upset at the calendar they sell you with the coupons you can't use with out so many ifs ands and buts. Why offer that calendar? Not the worst 3 dollars I've spent but definitely the useless I've spent. Total rip off with that calendar. At least I got a free cone out of it.

the pizza was fine not really worth it for the price but it wasn’t to bad, the wings is what I want to complain about $26.99 for 20 wings and they were terrible they had no flavor they were chewy they just weren’t good at all. I paid $61 for two large pizzas and 20 wings, that’s outrageous for that amount I thought i was going to get better tasting food. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
