We enjoy this barbecue restaurant. Great brisket sandwiches, poppers are big and brisket filled, the lemonade is REAL, the staff is friendly, they could use more parking, the brisket plate is cut to 1” inch thick , the Spanish rice is the best I have had in Harlingen, TX. I wish I got a picture of the food but man you can smell that smoked goodness from up road! The brisket is rockin and so are the ribs and chicken! I had the rice and beans for sides and a bacon wrapped jalapeño and I was SATISFIED! Everything slaps and the vibe is great! Owners are super cool and the staff is very friendly.

Outstanding meats, sides, service. They go out of their way to serve. Moist brisket, ribs, sausage, chicken, perfect smoky and flavor. Melt in our mouths. Sides of potato salad, green beans, charro beans and rice, excellent. We would drive the hour away just to have it again. Husband and son in law both smoke ribs, brisket, etc. regularly and highly praise Pit Stop.
