The cashier’s attitude (female) was poor. My change was short $0.10 and yes I told her because if you are short $0.01 they won’t give you your order 🤷🏾♀️. When I asked it clearly made her upset so she slammed the drawer to the cash register, rolled her eyes, and moved to the other register. Learn simple math to avoid the unnecessary confusion and frustration 😘

Ordered a pizza over the phone but when I got there the lady helping me out apparently couldn't find my information in the system. I repeated it several times but instead of apologizing she kept looking at me like there was something wrong with ME she went back and forth a couple times from the register to the back before finally deciding to bring a manager who was actually more helpful. Apparently they had gotten my information wrong in the system and the pizza had been in the area that the hot pizzas are kept the whole time. We could have avoided this whole dance if she had just checked there in the first place. The manager was really nice but got no apology from her this experience just put a bad taste in my mouth.

Probably the busiest Pizza Hut in Harlingen. Right in the center of town. They are fast for the most part even at busiest times. The ever changing staff seems well trained and prepares all items safely and swiftly. Decent prices and their Hut rewards program is most generous. Their classic BOOK IT program for childrens reading still operates as well that's great to see! Best pizza EVER! Their stuffed crust is legendary! They're also always introducing new style pizzas to the menu even if theyre temporary they sumtimes bring them back or make permanent. Currently offering Chicago Tavern Style Pizza! NoooBUDDY out-pizzas da HUT! ??

We ordered and waited more than 40 minutes for our food to come out and it didn't. I finally had to ask the waitress how much longer it would be. She let me know that they were behind and it was going to be a while longer. We decided to leave. It would have been nice if the waitress had just told us from the beginning that there would be a very long wait. Will not be returning.
