Ordered a pizza over the phone but when I got there the lady helping me out apparently couldn't find my information in the system. I repeated it several times but instead of apologizing she kept looking at me like there was something wrong with ME she went back and forth a couple times from the register to the back before finally deciding to bring a manager who was actually more helpful. Apparently they had gotten my information wrong in the system and the pizza had been in the area that the hot pizzas are kept the whole time. We could have avoided this whole dance if she had just checked there in the first place. The manager was really nice but got no apology from her this experience just put a bad taste in my mouth.

Probably the busiest Pizza Hut in Harlingen. Right in the center of town. They are fast for the most part even at busiest times. The ever changing staff seems well trained and prepares all items safely and swiftly. Decent prices and their Hut rewards program is most generous. Their classic BOOK IT program for childrens reading still operates as well that's great to see! Best pizza EVER! Their stuffed crust is legendary! They're also always introducing new style pizzas to the menu even if theyre temporary they sumtimes bring them back or make permanent. Currently offering Chicago Tavern Style Pizza! NoooBUDDY out-pizzas da HUT! ??
Vegetarian options: Pizzas are vegetarian. There are non meat toppings to choose from.
Dietary restrictions: Items are not that heavy or fattening on the body. Especially if you always train like a ninja ??

We ordered and waited more than 40 minutes for our food to come out and it didn't. I finally had to ask the waitress how much longer it would be. She let me know that they were behind and it was going to be a while longer. We decided to leave. It would have been nice if the waitress had just told us from the beginning that there would be a very long wait. Will not be returning.

We ordered online (on our way to the restaurant) and then picked up the pizza. Everything was ok. It's a basic Pizza Hut. Not much else to say.
Never been here before. We normally go to the other Pizza Hut. This location is on the way home so we decided to give it a try. Pizza hut is one of our favorite places in our home state. So we are a bit picky and have not found one who seems to make it like home. Until yesterday - Everything seemed extremely fresh the toppings the cheese Everything. The pizza and the wings were great! If this place stays consistent, it is absolutely my family's new favorite spot. I ordered take out, but the breif interaction I had with the staff was very pleasant. Five stars!

Would rate ZERO stars if allowed. Family walked in a little bit before 9pm with the restaurant half closed (mind you this restaurant is SMALL), was told an hour wait when there’s clearly tables available. General manager who I didn’t catch her name (light skin, chunky, black hair) said she only had one server for the night that’s why they are closing that half, two hours before closing. Being a former manager in my young adult life, I’d expect this type of hospitality from a young inexperienced manager not from a middle aged manager who should understand that families come to restaurants to enjoy a service. She then proceeded to open up a booth on the “closed” section of the restaurant for another family that came in after we did. Just overall very POOR management on this managers end. We left the restaurant and went to the other restaurant across town that’s triple the size of this certain Pizza Hut where they also had just one server going with a full house which Rory(server from Morgan location) was PHENOMENAL. So sounds to me like this Pizza Hut-Tyler has potential to be better but staff tends to lead by example. Lazy manager leads to lazy staff unfortunately. (Incident happened on April 2,2023)

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had the worst experience there today. Girl at the counter asked for my name, tells me my orders gonna take another 10 minutes so i sit to wait. Meanwhile takes out her cellphone and starts a conversation on her phone. Costumers go checkout and she's still talking on her phone. 2 costumers ask her what? And she responds oh not you- I'm on the phone and continues having her conversation. I waited 10 minutes, she asked me 3 different times for my name. Suddenly she pulls my food from the warmer they have behind the counter!!! The whole time i sat waiting, my food sat there!!! I asked for a manager and explained the situation- his response- sorry to hear that, hope your night gets better. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN! oh and my food was undercooked!!!!
