Waitress IDALIA was very rude. Beans were sitting in a puddle of oil and rolled her eyes she didn’t like that I complained so she went to the rest of the servers and they were all looking over at us speaking to each other. Never came back to our table. Very rude and the food was not good. Oily food.

The service was horrible it took us 1 hour to get our food and other people that got there after us got there food before us . Carne Gusida meat was tuff couldn't even chew it and had more fat then anything.

The food is okay but one thing I’m gonna say is they take so long for orders to go even when u call ahead of time. They took a long time to pick up the call then put you on hold right away after a while they take your order. Waited an extra 20 min before picking up my order and it still wasn’t ready. The to go system needs improvement.

Only thing wrong here is they take a long time to get your order when there is few people. when there's lots of people I seem to get my order very quick. I dont get it@@@

The cooks and employees dont even know what's on the menu online. Check your order before leaving you're not even getting your full order

Ordered a Botana for two on Christmas eve and it was delicious! Well worth the price! Came with plenty of fajitas, sausage, rice and beans, chips, salsa, guacamole, and tortillas were also included. Ordered it by phone was able to walk right in 20 minutes later and pick it up, packaged nicely for transport. I highly recommend!

I just ordered a large fajita taco with bean and cheese and a chorizo/bean taco with corn tortillas. It was small and had 4 strips of fajita. For 17 bucks?! The lady rolled her eyes when I asked for another green salsa. The drive through line is slow too. Panchitos is faster, nicer, and more bang for your buck.

El Rancho is a MUST when it comes to Mexican Restaurants! The service, food, and atmosphere never lets me down! If you’re ever in the Harlingen area, I highly recommend.

Terrible service waiting for over an hour for our food.People were getting there afterwards and getting their food before us! Never coming here again! Waste of time!
