El Rancho. This place serves breakfast any time of the day. No more complimentary chips but food is good. The staff is friendly and checks up on you. Mainly everyone is spanish speaking but fast and polite. It gets kindof loud but that's ok. The place is clean and so are the restrooms.
Our go to restaurant when we visit Harlingen or the valley. Never disappointed with the food especially the Carne Guisada and the Pancho’s with fajitas. Let’s not forget our Mexican Cokes! Yummy!

For lunch or dinner, highly recommend their carne guisada or chicken flautas. They also make their tortillas from scratch and you can tell they're made with love
