Fajita were chewy because they still had the skin or whatever that stuff is called that you should trim away but they didn’t. Which you can see in the photo. Kept having to pull it out of my mouth. The beans had no flavor except boiled. Rice also lacked flavor. My daughter’s tostadas were beef. Which also tasted weird so she didn’t even take the last one home. Didn’t taste like beef at all more like boiled fake meat with no flavor. Had no avocado for bacon avocado burger and didn’t ask if we wanted to change the order. Took forever to get our order. Over 30 minutes. Table of six came in after us and they got their food first. I was on the verge of just leaving thinking the waitress forgot to put our order in. Salsa and chips were good as well as the flour tortilla. Everything else we got needs so much improving. My 13 year old daughter cooks better than whoever they got cooking in the back.

The worst food in the whole of RGV! I will eat about anything and not complain but this was totally unacceptable. No idea how they are in business by what we were served! Not just one thing.... EVERYTHING was nasty! I could not believe it was sooo bad! Forewarned, forearmed!
Was visiting from Austin Tx. and my dad recommended Rosita’s Restaurant. Everyone was super friendly, waitress was great, food was yummy, the owner walking around helping was so nice to see. The cashier was friendly, all around best Breakfast I’ve had in the Rio Grande Valley. Must have huge breakfast tacos with homemade flour tortillas.Yummy! Located on Bus. 83, Harlingen Tx
