Tried to order early on app. Sign and app are different. Sign on door says 5 am. Seems owners don't provide proper customer service. Shipley app stated they are not open. Would not let me place order. Seems the owners lack customer service.

today i had a really bad experience. the man that attended me at the drive thru window looked annoyed as soon as he opened the window. he was really rude and had an attitude. i was literally scared to even ask him what i wanted to order. when i left i said “thank you” and he didn’t even bother saying anything back he just shut the window. really bad service from the man at the window. i love the pastries but this service was really disappointing.

My family and I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Unfortunately today Teddy was extremely rude with a nasty attitude. He looked annoyed that we were there. It seemed like he thought we were so annoying for ordering there. We seemed to be such an inconvenience. I didn’t even want to ask for napkins because that probably would have upset him even more than us asking for an extra 6 donuts.
