Bread was old and hard, had a #15 fresh. Waited for 10 minutes to get my order in, looked like the new girl was the ONLY one working, one girl was back by the fountain drinks on her phone texting and smiling away while we sit there waiting. The 3rd girl was just looking around as to be looking for something and it appeared to me that she wasn't really doing anything but trying to make it look like she was busy. The service just sucked and the poor new girl looked overwhelmed. Sorry new girl I was feeling your pain.

Honestly, love the place but you guys should have just cancelled the order instead of looking lost on what to do because you guys ran out of meatballs, and the the girl there was whispering everything so I don't even know what I got in the end because at that point I was there for like 15mins and just wanted to leave, so just terrible experience in general

Horrible experience. I felt sick after eating there, i was attended by two ladies who were obviously in a bad mood, and are taking it out on the customers. I asked whos in charge and apparently no one is in charge. Very dirty store would go to another location.

It wasn’t even 9pm and the workers said they were only taking carry out, and all the chairs were up. There were no signs or anything anywhere, I believe they just wanted to avoid cleaning to close early.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been here 3x for lunch since it’s nearby but sadly I’m going to find somewhere else to eat because the employees here have a nasty attitude and. Also the wait time is so bad being that there’s 3 employees back there and they’re only taking one person at a time.

Mobile ordered and they got my order wrong. First the guy working forgot the cookies, then the sandwich was made wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Belinda who was pleasant and handled the mistake with grace. Went in to get my new sandwich and spoke to Sara over the phone and in person. She knows what she is doing and gave great customer service. She’s helped me before as well. I want Sara to make my sandwiches from now on. At least with her, I know she won’t get it wrong.

Bread was from yesterday. They were out of Italian bread by noon. Got no napkins. Sandwich wrapping wasn't staying closed. Felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Exactly what I've come to expect for Subway.

The manager Belinda is very rude! We ordered using the app, mind you the order gets printed and they follow what is supposed to be put into the sub. I am on my lunch hour and they expect me to go in when I only have a few minutes left. They said to go after work with the subs. She said it wasn’t their fault for the messed up sub. Seriously, this is the second time they mess up in an order that is made through the app! Very unprofessional for being a manager.

My first time to that Subway. Walked in and waited to be helped. Ordered my food as I do at other Subways, Service was fast and easy but the tables were dirty. Two employees one working in the back area and the other sitting at a corner. Went back for a second time to see if it was a one time thing but it was the same. I'll look for another Subway.

Got a salad.. actually a protein bowl (cost of a footlong + some) and they really skimped on the veggies. Hardly any lettuce or spinach. Kept asking for more of this or that and they'd only grab a small pinch. And of COURSE subway ended the chopped salad (probably bc the extra 30sec to cut it for the customer was too much time) but normally all the other subways in the area cut the tomatoes and cucumbers in half, not this one... oh and they didn't have any knives for me to cut it... so I guess my mixed salad is now finger food.

a lunch go to spot. disappointed they don't carry black olives. probably cost control.
Parking: madhouse at lunch so many lunch spots in same parking area . Have to be patient
