Since the past night worker left. This store gave me food poisoning like never before. Worker untrained, store beyond filthy, putting your food on filthy surfaces, nearly when to hospital. 4 days of hel.. they need to be shut down.

Both ladies are rude, not attentive to customers and one of them is constantly on her phone. Requested for my order to be toasted and was denied the service since that’s not what I had originally requested on the online order even with me being there in person seeing them conduct my order . Ridiculous , if they don’t want to work then they can leave and stop putting the SUBWAY company in bad.

Dude at the counter acted like we came 5mins before closing when in reality we were the only people in there and we arrived at 8:30pm sharp, don’t know if he was in a hurry or something but his impatience was rude and on top of that our bread was stale. Mid experience, do better.

No ice and an empty fridge, ok no big deal. Hot and felt stuffy and stagnant, fine no big deal. Treated like garbage by Patty…. Cmon. I hope she was having an off day, but she made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable with her rude demeanor and tone. I hope when she and her family are out wanting to enjoy a meal they aren’t treated the way she treated us.

everything was good and service was good too but I noticed some items don't have in the menu or running out.....yes there is a sign that is posted there but what's up with that?! times are changing.

Apperantly 2 footings were 20 and I used a coupon only needed to pay 6$ and they over charged me for 13$ total I paid 30 something dollars for 2 foot longs not the meals and then they had the audacity to charge my card 8$ and they said it didn’t go thru when checking my bank I see it processed this subway needs to be checked by management or corporate

Ordered online and paid online for our meal. As I was walking in manager informed us that they were only taking cash due to internet being down. Approached cashier explaining my card had already been charged and I had paid online prior to this encounter. Manager was very rude in explaining and answering our concerns/questions. When asked if the systems go back up and my card is still charged am I able to come back and ask for her assistance manager Patty quickly intervened and said won’t happen with attitude. Won’t be stopping by at this location anymore or referring anyone else due to poor management and horrible customer service.
