At approximately 1205pm, on Saturday 3/8/25 I stopped in to order a sandwich....zero sense of urgency to assist me. I was the only one in line. Looked up and continued to complete his task. It's obvious why I was the only one in line at lunch time. I just walked out and went to another place of business where the crew assisted right away.

The dining room is always unbearably hot. You can’t even sit down to comfortably eat. Fix your a/c already. Inconsiderate for staff. Choose a different store, owners don’t care about their employees suffering in the heat.

The worst place i ever been I told the manager to help me with the subway app so i could order my sub and pay. they did not know how. Cous i had my give card in the app. I'll never buy a give card again and put it at the app.

The attendant was a multitasker.She took our orders and taking orders on the phone.She had an ear piece. Lol... I thought she was giving us extra subs. Jokes on me, when I asked her what all she was doing for us.Her answer was that she was also doing phone orders.WOW..! She can really multitask.Which is UNUSUAL for the younger generation these days. (From my experience.)

Today Jan 12 around 6pm I entered, doorbell sounded then waited and waited; i saw there was 1 employee and she was working in the back I coulbhear her. I was the only customer in line. I moved so the preparer could see me, we locked eyes, i waived. I waited more, the gal never acknowledged me...10 min or so....thank God for Jason's delt.dely.

This location never has any soups, certain sandwiches or cookies. This is my least favorite Subway. Manuel the guy who is usually there also looks like he dislikes his job and is very shallow to customers. Now I remember why I stay away from this location. The franchise owner needs to do a much better job and get someone more friendly working there and make sure they have enough food.
