My family and I were out buying groceries late and on the way home got hungry. Subway was where it was at! Homeboy Leo let us order & was super respectful even though it was to close in 2 mins. Needs a BIG raise!

2 minutes to close and Leo served with a smile, due to time he could have easily turned us away, and I wouldn't have blamed him, but he happily served me and made sure my sandwich was the way I wanted it , top notch service, from a great guy, he deserves a raise

THESE IMMATURE GIRLS ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND DO NOT TAKE PRIDE WORKING AT THE SUBWAY. I SAW THEM THROW AWAY SUBWAY SANDWICHES DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING THEN TURN AROUND AND NOT CORRECT THE MISTAKE BUT TURN AROUND THROW THE CUSTOMER OUT INSTEAD. IT'S VERY SAD TO SEE THAT NOT ONLY THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME GET KICKED OUT, BUT I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER BE RETURNING EITHER. I COULD NOT AND DID NOT PUT A RATING ON THE FOOD, SERVICE, OR ATMOSPHERE. IN MY PERSPECTIVE, THEY NEVER GAVE ANYONE A CHANCE TO GIVE A RATING ON ANY OF THESE. I HOPE THE MANGER FIRES THEM AND MAKE THIS SUBAWAY GREAT JUST LIKE ANYOTHER SUBWAY.

Never again will I take my business to the subway on loop 499 their service sucks really bad worst employees ever I will be filling a report to corporate smh I ordered a chicken bacon ranch ft long they didn't put in the bacon or avocado I called about 7 times to let the employee know and they ignored my call everytime they answered once and the girl working there hung up on me they should really close this subway smh ??

Very unprofessional female worker with aqua colored glasses. Had an attitude taking orders and then told customers they didn’t have buffalo sauce but it was sitting over where she was eating lunch out on the floor.. never returning unfortunately!
This store is refusing to let you add vegetables to your sub! I’ll be letting corporate know that this franchisee is violating corporate policy.I left without getting a sub and went to another subway.
I ordered online because I thought it was gonna be faster but noooo, they don’t check if there was any orders that came in, they just kept making orders for the people that would walk in, if I knew that I would not have ordered online, they need faster employees and need to be aware of online orders
