Stopped at the Taco Palenque on 1102 S Expressway 83 in Harlingen, TX, and had excellent service from Emma at the counter. When I mentioned the military discount, she immediately went to her manager and made sure it was applied.

She was professional, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. Emma really elevated the whole experience.

Employee that took the order did not know menu and billedme for wrong items. Manager on duty did not know how to correct the situation. Extremely slow service and very dirty.

The food is good, but I just don’t like being lied to. I ordered a kids meal quesadilla and the lady in the front told me that doesn’t come with a kids drink, but last time I went it did and even on the app it says it comes with a kids drink. So why lie?

Spent $70 on FOUR combos just bc they have a special cup that you could get at whataburger for .50 Dont see how it was a combo if the chip n salsa are free. They charging an arm and leg for a burrito that has more bean and rice than meat lmfao . Better off going to juan more taco or leos for the same thing and less than half the price .

Maria greeted me when I walked into the door, very friendly and very patient taking my order she is a very hard worker I saw her taking orders cleaning tables and taking out orders very good job keeping the lobby clean as well. I will definitely be coming back
