There wasn’t much of a wait when we got to tejano grill but we did have a little larger party so finding a table to accommodate us was a little tricky. After all that though, Robert was our server and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one!

Had a great time at the restaurant enjoy the food an the server Robert.. but once we where done eating the service for the restaurant went down.. we wait 25 min then ask to speak to a manger. Robert are server went an got the manager.. but a supervisor was then sent out to obtain my zip code ??? My debit card travel from the front of house to the back where I assume my card info was writen down because why else would you need my zip code 🙃 I dont find it acceptable at all, when we requested a manger, it was to find an see if they had an alternative way of payment zelle cash app order on line an pay there ...as my friend had to get back to work after speaking to the owner 🙃 she assume I was threatening her but I was just informing her of tx law as you cant just ask for my id to get my zip code off of it.. to run my card at a later time... offer for them to call me left my number once the system was up id come back but not to ask customer to see the id!! Ask politely !! If this form was ok if I was even comfortable...

Sometimes you just get a craving for a burger with homemade flavor but you don't want to cook! A student of mine recommended the cheese burger and fries at Tejano Grill and I figured teenagers know their food so I dropped by and went through the drive thru. I wasn't sure that the drive thru was operational but it was and I placed my order, parked, scrolled, and 10 minutes later I had the juiciest burger and crispiest fries! Better than any fat food chain and it was only $12!!! Highly recommend!!!

Worst possible service you could imagine. Harlingen has greater restaurants to offer, with better food and even greater service. This place will approve a reservation a whole month in advance for you and then ghost you like a tinder match. Couldn’t even get ahold of Ricardo (manager) even after Edward and Lizbeth said they would have him reach out to discuss details. Said they couldn’t guarantee our party would sit together, said it might be an issue if we brought our own dessert items because they had some to sell there, and gave me the run around 3 times in a day before saying their manager was too busy and promised a callback (at 9pm). When our reservation time came, they didn’t even bother to call to confirm we would be arriving. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Their food is not worth it.
