While waiting for the food, a big and nasty cockroach walked across our table plus one of the T-bone was completely raw. The other steaks and sides were really good. Service was excellent but manager failed tho fix the problem or keep us happy! Female manager on Sunday afternoon Dec. 14-2025. Recommend restaurant but expect extra organic ingredients! 😋

But music too load. Hard to have conversations due to everyone trying to talk over music. Come on your food is terrific servers great let's make it socialable for conversations

The food was good, our server was great, but there were peanut shells all over the floor. I know this is how it used to be but there are buckets for patrons to put shells in. I use a cane to walk and slipped several times on the shells (causing great pain). I cannot go back to this location because I can’t be sure that I won’t slip on peanut shells.

Twice they have shorted us on our order, at this point I can't tell if it's just careless staff or intentional. So, I would walk inside and actually count out your curbside order in front of them so you actually get the food you paid for.

Kudos to our waitress Desiree R. what a Texas welcome so attentive and kind customer service excellence.!! and for the cooks in the back making our steaks the were delicious 😋 we come all the way from North Dakota gatta say you didn't disappoint... Always a great time at our Texas Roadhouse... Perfect. Lunch after a long flight...
