Kid at the register. Juan. And the rest of the crew need to be relieved of their duties. Hygiene and yawning. The entire restaurant needs to be disinfected. Can only imagine how they made it this far in life. Walked in as a family to visit what used to be a real nice Wendy's back in its hay days. Observed Mr. Juan make several transactions and handle most of the orders with out ever stoping to wash his hands. I'm sure Dave would not approve. Wheres the food for thought peeps that use to keep these restaurants in check. SMFH ???

At this point chain restaurants are all the same and the only thing that really distinguishes them apart is the service. The manager here is rude AF. Dismissing numerous quality of food complaints while eating here. Our order was botched, the coke machine had no ice, and numerous food items that were plainly shown on the menu weren't in stock. Hell even the ketchup tasted watered-down. Despite all this, the manager was the worst part of the visit.

Dealt with a rude employee, possibly a manager, when I last went there. I ordered through the app and had three large drinks. We never order with ice because we have teeth sensitivity but the app didn't give us that option. When that's the case, I tell them through the drive thru speaker to please have no ice in the drinks. She rudely said "So you want us to throw out the drinks we already made?" Ma'am, I've worked in fast food before and I know you throw away a lot more soda from mistakes on your end. Not to mention, it's not my fault that your app doesn't give the option for no ice LIKE EVERYWHERE ELSE. You take that up to corporate if you're gonna act like wasting sodas is personally coming out of your paycheck

Had the grilled chicken wrap, it tasted okay but they need to figure out a way to cook the tortillas more not just steam them ...if they even do that. Tortilla was falling apart after the second bite.
