If i could rate 0 stars i would. This location has the worst customer service i’ve ever seen. Food is always missing items or is just completely a different order. They don’t always hand back receipts either, so you can’t get a refund or the order fixed. No guest loyalty at all. I live 3 minutes from this location and i would rather drive across town to another location. That’s how bad this restaurant is. The line is short but takes SO LONG to get your food. Always giving your order first when there are cars in front of you. So your food doesn’t stay fresh. Everytime i ask for spicy or regular ketchup they say they put it in there but when i get home. I’m ketchupless. I’ve never had a good experience here i only ever get it when i have no other choice since there aren’t too many 24/7 places.

It has been months-last year actually. I complained about a rude, lil lead at this joint. Gave me attitude and smirked, and at one time tried to size me up. I never got a call back or e-mail answered. No response from management or the higher up. So Whatacaca got my order wrong (again) and I’m the bad guy for complaining. Done going to this burger joint.

With each visit its they get worse and worse .I live close by and I love whataburger but evertime I get food there is always something wrong with my order ..we pay money to have good fresh food managers need to be on top of their employees.Today my son order food and I know it wasn't fresh n his shake looked and tasted gross.
