I even tried doing app and ordering ahead....40 minutes later, food still not ready. I'd rather take a flaming hot toothpick to my roidz than visit here. If I can give no stars I would but have to because it won’t let me leave a review! Went last night and the drive thru service was terrible.. Ordered our burgers and got home to just meat inside a bun no nothing else after we asked for all the way… Waited about 20 minutes at drive thru for food and it wasn’t even that busy then to get the worst burgers and even the fries were cold and stale.. Called to speak to manager (Elizabeth) and even she didn’t seem to care about the food being not what we ordered and cold at that… This was the worst service we’ve had at this location $30 for 2 burger combos and they didn’t even get it right…

Forgot my wallet at home and I took in all the spare change. I had in the vehicle and the manager just scooped it and said "you're good" I was able to take home a great. Whataburger and he even included fries from my wife! That was very kind and thoughtful of the manager on West Harrison/Tyler last night, and why enjoy Whataburger!

This place drive thru is a joke.. they always take forever. Then you take off to find out they gave you someone's else order.. idk why they have 2 lanes open if they can't handle 1.. this has been going on for a long time. Maybe a change at management is needed
