We picked up 10 fundraiser plates. All patties were burned, tasted like cardboard and charcoal. Lettuce and tomato were hidden under the fries, so fries were soggy. Had been looking forward to this, so disappointing. End up having to cook something at home.

By the time the wings came to the table, they were barely warmer than the building... it took 30+ mins for them to cook 10 wings and a kids burger. I personally, have worked in a chicken restaurant and I know frying chicken wings takes about 10 min.I told the worker the wings were barely warm- he offered to heat them up, but I elected to take them home and nuke them in my own microwave.I am honestly very disappointed in my experience here bc I have heard good things- but then, maybe I'm confusing them with Wing Stop...?

Their wait time is ridiculous to dine in and take out and they are not even busy at all. On the website they give you a time to pick up and come to find out it’s not the time your food is available. Food is alright lesson learn wing stop next time!
