I thought maybe this wingstop would be better than the other one on 77 harlingen. Turns out its FREAKING HOT IN HERE TOO. why is there no ceiling fans? Or fans in general??? Have 2 big fans on each corner so air can pass around. I might as well be the boss because common sense is missing in the Restaurant. I stood under the vent and sometime pass and the ac turned on. It was blowing mild air. Ok I understand the business maybe trying to save crap ton of money on having it on 80 or something but this is ridiculous. The real owner must have accomplished some goal of saving 10 dollars on the electic bill. It looks nice to dine in to eat but its to hot. Food is eh its a hit or miss. Did see some young guy by himself by the fryer putting raw wings into the basket with no gloves. Just his hands.i need to find a better place.

Flys everywhere, wings were not to my liking. It has been over 6 months since I dined in that specific wing stop. I now remember why I go to the one on Ed Carey. Tables were dirty and sticky, cleaned my own table

The wings are always good. I come maybe twice a month. Always the crappy attitude loud music. The workers just don’t care or want to be there. I recently tried Ed Carey location and it was like day and night. Now I just to Ed Carey.

Went to return some fries that were cold, meaning ive touched them & went and asked for new ones. Saw that they got the fries that i already touched and put them in another persons bag and proceeded to give me fresh fries .

I was really disappointed to find what looked like a bitten or previously eaten flat wing in my meal. It was very off-putting and made me question the food safety and handling practices. I expected better quality and attention to hygiene. This experience has made me hesitant to order from here again. Manager did give me a refund.

Food has gone downhill tremendously. Fries are never fresh, especially on takeout. Wings are not made with pride anymore. Idk if some days are just hit and miss but paying for what we pay is definitely not it.

If I could give no stars I would! Had placed five orders at 2pm to be ready by 5:15 and I waited 45 minutes! This is ridiculous how are you all going to not do your job, guess yall were too busy flirting away with each other.

They need to add more damn sauce to their wings, every time I order from here my wings have NO SAUCE. I’m paying for what I want . I had to use some of my own damn sauce .🫠🤦🏽‍♀️ disappointing and unacceptable.

I placed an order Sunday two all in bundles one with voodoo fries one with regular fries the flavors were split between lemon pepper and Cajun, The food that was given to me was deep-fried to the point of no return the meat was completely dried out on the inside as if it had been left out for a day or something. I called corporate and gave them my information Unfortunately, I placed an Order over the phone and paid in cash . Even with the information that I gave to corporate, the manager called me two times saying she could not find my order at all so I had to call corporate for a second time and get this issue escalated. The number that called me twice to tell me they can’t find my order is +1 (615) 912-2300
I really just want the team to uphold Wingstop standards and quality for food. What they sent out was unacceptable should have been thrown in the trash and remade. It’s not that hard even if you have to call and advise the customer it will be a longer wait. They ended up giving me more boneless wings, but the quality was off so I could not eat it I don’t want more trash food. I want what I paid for , nothing more nothing less and I just want it to be edible. I have to work for money so I feel like I wasted my time at work for that horrible food :(
