This Valentine’s Day I took my NCLEX. The only thing I knew I needed was Wingstop. Needless to say, it was the perfect way to end my night. Wingstop hits every time 🫶🏻

They need to add more damn sauce to their wings, every time I order from here my wings have NO SAUCE. I’m paying for what I want . I had to use some of my own damn sauce .🫠🤦🏽♀️ disappointing and unacceptable.

I placed an order Sunday two all in bundles one with voodoo fries one with regular fries the flavors were split between lemon pepper and Cajun, The food that was given to me was deep-fried to the point of no return the meat was completely dried out on the inside as if it had been left out for a day or something. I called corporate and gave them my information Unfortunately, I placed an Order over the phone and paid in cash . Even with the information that I gave to corporate, the manager called me two times saying she could not find my order at all so I had to call corporate for a second time and get this issue escalated. The number that called me twice to tell me they can’t find my order is +1 (615) 912-2300 I really just want the team to uphold Wingstop standards and quality for food. What they sent out was unacceptable should have been thrown in the trash and remade. It’s not that hard even if you have to call and advise the customer it will be a longer wait. They ended up giving me more boneless wings, but the quality was off so I could not eat it I don’t want more trash food. I want what I paid for , nothing more nothing less and I just want it to be edible. I have to work for money so I feel like I wasted my time at work for that horrible food :(

If you are placing a to-go order, I recommend selecting a pickup time approximately 15 minutes before your desired arrival. When I arrived on time, I was informed that my order would be delayed by another 15 minutes. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but the employee simply stared at me without offering any apology for the inconvenience.

worst wings we’ve ever had!! After waiting over 35 minutes for our order of 10 wings we were looking forward to eating them. They were so overdone and dry we couldn’t eat them. Never again!!! A giant waste of money and time.

This location always messes up my order, especially through door dash!! Missing ranch dip, no seasoning on fries when ordered extra seasoning, missing wings. Never order delivery, it's going to be wrong.

I went in around 7 pm (7/29) to order a large ranch sauce because my kids love it have it with their pizza at home. Walked in order and the cashier told me... "Sorry sir the manager says unfortunately we are unable to sell you any ranch because we need ranch for our customers here in store." WOW I said.. I guess I'm not a customer then. Can you tell me what Wingstop WILL sell me a large ranch?. Cashier says "it's over by the hospital.. sorry sir its cause we are really busy..." ok thank you and walked off. Thank you Wingstop on Sunshine!!
