bruh. i understand that wingstop is mainly a pick up restaurant and that dine in is usually 45 minutes— that’s fine. i've worked in customer service so i understand, but i literally waited 2 HOURS for a regular 10 pc meal with extra fries while everyone who came in after me got their meals first. they didn’t even give me my extra fries. this is so ass but sns like bffr. pmo so bad i didn’t even want to eat anymore. 👎🍅 also forgot my ranch. 😒

Used to be a good wingstop but the last three times I’ve gone, just terrible service all around. The cashier lady who someone here posted a pic of is rude and doesn’t even help. She obviously knows someone to still have her job. The food they keep getting wrong now as well. And it takes wayyyyyy too long to get your food . I started ordering from the other Harlingen wingstop to buffalo wild wings, but not this wing stop anymore

Twice now, I’ve received undercooked chicken from Wingstop, and both times it gave me food poisoning. Clearly, food safety isn’t a priority here. Never going back.

I often receive orders to deliver UberEats at this location and it feels as if they take longer each time. No sense of urgency whatsoever or fast pace. It does not help my job as a driver when my customers expect their food a certain time.
Never fails! ALWAYS get my order wrong or things missing! Frustrating when people don’t know what they’re doing. I understand one time but every time? Wow! I rather make the longer drive and go To the other Wingstop! Tables are always dirty and staff just on their phones and joking around. Do not recommend!!!

I do not recommend coming to this location ever!!! If you don’t want to wait more then 2 hrs to get your food or online orders. This is probably the WORST WINGSTOP I’ve ever been to. My boyfriend and I waited 1hr to get our food. Even other customers who were waiting before us waited longer. Like I’m not a person to complain about service or anything but this one specific “worker”named destiny!!!! who was on her phone the entire time, that did not a single thing to help out her coworkers or managers. She argued and got mad/talked back at an elderly lady and even to all the customers who were impatiently waiting longer than us. For asking “do you happen to know how much longer we have to wait” but for her to reply “I’m not sure maybe a little while more”. To yell at customers angrily. She and her other coworker named Jennifer who stood there got upset because I asked the same question after waiting an hour for my food. She just didn’t want to talk to me and walked away and her manager had to come and let us know how much longer while BOTH Managers busted their ass off to help the cooks. If you don’t enjoy your job than find some thing better other than taking it out on the customers. She not only talked back to the customers but to her managers!! The little respect this person has for anybody is very low.. they should really hire people who are respectful towards their managers, willing to work, or who have the patience for customers.

I ordered my food on the app at 6:42 pm. It said about 20 min for it to be ready so I gave a little extra time before I showed up. My food along with other customers food was not ready. I didn't leave the restaurant until 7:34 pm. Ridiculous for it to take that long. They were not even busy. The workers were all messing around when I got there. The cashier had no idea what she was doing. She went to the kitchen to look for the orders and her and some other girl started arguing about not doing their job right and cussing in front of the customers. Very unprofessional and there is never a manager present. Then 2 of the guy workers came to the front and started talking to some guy they knew knowing damn well that there are a lot of people still waiting for their orders. This has to be the worst and very unorganized store.

Place looks filthy! I saw employee sweeping in small areas instead of moving things around to properly sweep, i witness them smear napkins on a carpet to clean a spill instead of removing it to properly clean it. My order took a long time. Placed at 2202 hours, promised at 2225 hours, recieved at 1105 hours . None of the employees wore gloves or hairnets. I saw an employee grab veggies with their hands. The manager didn't manage her employees to the best or wear a uniform. I use to really enjoy this place. But this was my last visit. Bottom line I threw the food in the trash. Sorry Wingstop you need to do better.

They ALWAYS ALWAYS Get the order wrong. Like do they not double check before it goes out!! And to top it off, they get offended and don’t believe you when you call to tell them you’re returning the wrong thing to get the correct item! Wow! Poor management!!!
My order was supposed to take 18 minutes, but I've been waiting an hour and 20 minutes. Other people ordered after me and were served within the promised time. With three employees working, I'm disappointed no one has kept me informed of my takeout order. Instead, they're focused on cleaning. Thank you for my Order but I will not be ordering from here again

I usually don’t write reviews or even leave stars but, this wingstop was one of the worst I been to. The service itself was slow, I’m talking 35 minutes, just for our order to be made wrong. Then most of the wings were left with the feathers attached. Chairs were gross and sticky along with the tables. Overall just a experience I wouldn’t recommend

Y’all need to hire people who actually want to work and not horseplay around. These kids was playing while people been waiting on food for over an hr n half yesterday night on 7/29/24 They decided it was a good idea to throw down wings and burn them because they turned the fryer temp up . Smh also some of these kids are very unapologetic, not exercising kindness or empathy. No type of customer service skills whatsoever. Now im not afraid to say it how it is, but y’all need to get these kids separated, warnings, give different shifts or just terminate. It’s not fair to customers / who walk in to pick up an order doordash or not, make an order at counter or over the phone and that nobody is acknowledging the customer in a timely fashion. They stare or don’t say anything for a long time. That’s rude. Anyways food was over cooked, better than under I guess, fries tasted burnt because of oil . We didn’t even get our order correct and we didn’t even get our receipt. They need some work. Both locations. Real talk.
