I’m usually not the one to write reviews unless they’re great but man, if I could give less stars I would. I placed my order at 7:55pm with the expectation of having my meal ready by 8:03-8:11. It is 8:22 and my order was ready. I would understand if it was busy but it was not. When I got there I spent almost 5 minutes waiting to be asked if I needed help to just pick up my order. The two girl ten members saw me multiple times j were gossiping about one girl “staying at someone’s place afterall & how comfy the couches were there” then went to the back with the cooks to pretend to organize spices. When I was finally asked if I had been helped yet, I said “no” when the other female team member answered for me to her saying I had been when I never was. I brushed it off because the one who asked me apologized for the wait. I’m sitting at the bar area waiting on my food as the one who decided to answer for me walks across me while I’m on my phone to say “oh the order for ___ is ready” then goes to get a fountain drink. Did she expect me to go behind the counter to get it myself? Never going again & id rather drive across town to the other location.

Was MY fav place since like 2016 But prices are insane now and quality went WAY down. Wings were squishy as if boiled in soup not fried and were really feathery too. Wings also had a faint bad chicken coop smell. Also what up with the fries they look different now? This was 38$ down the drain. I only forced myself to eat 2 wings.

Places an oder to go as soon as I walked in I got hit with hot air had to wait 15min for my oder and sat inside waiting in this hot restaurant no air at all it was stuffy and hot I was sweating the hole time,hope the workers get a bonus for working long hours in that hot restaurant.

Insanely long wait time, you can order online and wait 15-30min and arrive at the wing-stop just to wait an hour for an order. Absolutely not worth it unless you plan in advance or go to the other Harlingen Wing-Stop.

I ordered 4 tenders. FOUR. I’ve never ever experienced a restaurant experience this bad I felt compelled to write a review. We had to stay in the building for more than ONE HOUR. Over FOUR tenders. They kept on saying it was almost done and it’d be another 20-30 minutes without an update. Now I know Wingstops are known for being a little dirty but bugs were literally crawling on me as I waited and it was a disgusting experience overall. Gone in at 9:07 PM and left at 10:30. Nobody cared to help either. Very very disappointing as larger groups that came in later got their food first. I even asked if I should order again from the beginning and it never happened.

After reading other reviews, I guess I should be grateful mine only took 30 minutes. The biggest disappointment ever...NO MORE FRESH CUT FRIES!! The fries were the best part. My wings had hardly any sauce and were just blah. Definitely won't be back to this location, or any other location serving frozen fries!!

Everyone is rude. When I walked in and told them my online order name the cashier stared at me for a while until I just say “so yeah…” he then just walked away with them a lady said for what name I said said it again then she just said ok have a seat the store was empty there was like 2 people waiting for their orders really. I waited for like 40 minutes after i literally arrived late. And here’s the kicker they forgot HALF MY ITEMS!!! When I got home half my items were missing and when I called back it was a girl she was nice and offered free stuff but besides that this place sucks. I’ve been to many wingstops before and it’s never been this bad won’t be coming back ever.
This place is way better than the one on Harrison and Tyler. They took a bit with my order but it was delicious. Also the workers were nice.

The worst one in the Harlingen area. I ordered a 10pc extra extra crispy. An hour later I get my order and they gave me 8 wings and nothing was crispy. Smh. That's because I literally told the girl please have them extra extra crispy. Nope! 🗑️

Me and my wife went with my 2 toddlers to eat. Its was so good fresh and hot. Everything was perfect expecting one major thing. It was so freaking hot in there. We decided to eat inside. It was very hot it made eating inside a big mistake. My 2 babies had rosy cheeks and I couldn't enjoy my meal being in the heat. Please fix that ac ASAP and make it cold. I want to eat inside again but Noone wants to eat in the heat.
