Service was great the Sonic is the same as most in the outside . Ordered the smash burger. It tastes like an old fish sandwich. Yuk . I have tried this sonic a few times , I just can't give it another chance

Took forever to bring us 2 chili fries and an order of cheddar peppers. As one employee worked vigorously to scotch tape Xmas tinsel to BRICK over and over, as it repeatedly fell off, we began to get an idea of why things weren’t functioning properly. After we had to remind them we existed, we found our food was just sitting there waiting to be brought out. As soon as we complained, like magic it was coming right out. Then asked for forks for our 2 orders of chili fries, and the girl brings out 1 fork. We just left. Obviously, remembering she just brought out 2 meals was too much for her brain to put together. Don’t come here unless you feel like baby-sitting a carhop the whole time.

Showed up at 9:30 because my husband got off work and we were excited to try the new shake and he wanted to order a burger. Got there and they stated they were cleaning the ice cream machine so we couldn't order ice cream. Depressing. But okay. Then my husband proceeds to order a burger and she stops him mid sentence and says that the burgers going to take quite a bit to make because the crew threw out all the meat early so now they have to make new meat. Then , had to go back through drive thru to get condiments we asked for and didn't get, and immediately they come on the speaker saying their only serving drinks. . I get y'all are ready to get off but people still come up here till 10. What is anyone supposed to order if all the food is being tossed and every thing shut down early?

Great place to eat we love our sonic employees went there tonight you could tell they were short staffed and busy but the food was great and the service was even better

My wife and I ordered cheeseburgers on texas toast. They were not tasty and not per the picture on the menu. Hardly any cheese and meat with no taste. The onion rings were tasteless and funky taste if any. The only thing good was the tater tots and tea. We will not be back and not satisfied.

I frequent the Sonic in Hawkins multiple times a month. My kid is autistic and sonic is one of the main foods she will tolerate as far as taste and texture. After spending a weekend working tirelessly with my family we decided to order ahead today 20241020 to get several things to cover our lunch and reward ourselves for our hard work and sacrifices we've made recently. Being that we ordered ahead we thought we wouldn't have to wait long to get our food and go home to rest and have dinner together. I was wrong. This experience today has convinced my entire family to take our business elsewhere. We got to the sonic, checked in and ended up getting the wrong order to start with, then we had to sit and watch multiple people walk out to deliver orders while we sat for over 30 minutes before ours was brought out in pieces. No bag to contain everything, no box. NOTHING. And my daughter had to eat her blast with her fingers because I had asked for a spoon 3 times and it took them the entire 30+ minutes to bring us one! Worst experience ever. I expected better being a regular. I was wrong. More importantly we never received one apology for having to wait so long. We won't be coming back.

I frequent Sonic often in various locations. I use the app for the deals and I enjoy that feature. I always get friendly service especially at the location in Hawkins! Friendly for sure. Today I utilized the app for deals BOGO free Chicken sandwich. I ordered fries, a half price limeade, and the BOGO chicken sandwich. One sandwich was decent appropriate to expectations. The second chicken sandwich, the bun was rock hard and felt like a stale toasted bun. The chicken patty was as small as a strip. I didn’t get to eat my sandwich it was inedible and my friend was hungrier so I swapped buns and fed him. I had the fries. There is nothing like riding down the road digging in mayo with my fingers to swap ingredients to make one edible sandwich. BOGO one full chicken patty and the second one free half the patty. Step it up…

This place was trashed! And i mean trash everywhere, it doesn't look like anyo ever cleans! have been to this sonic several times and have never gotten my order 100% correct. Something is always wrong. If you try to go to a stall you will be there forever. I will not be back. I would rather drive to another town to grab a quick bite.
