“We come to Holly Lake Ranch every year for the week of 4th of July, but this was our first time eating here. My 6 year old was hesitant at first but quickly declared this place as 10/10 would recommend. I had the Chicken Diane and he actually ate half my food, preferring it over his kids ravioli (which I ate some of and it was also delicious). He was starving when we got there and our server split my soup into two bowls so he could have some, too. We had tiramisu for dessert. He thought it all was delicious and wants me to try to make the cheese tortellini soup for him at home 🤣”

“I don’t eat the chicken often, but the pizza is out of this world. Service is great too. They’re usually always busy but they get you through real quick. Atmosphere and not flow much but it’s a convenient store. What do you expect?”

“We have been looking for fun place to eat and I think we found it. We went on a Sunday before 2:00 which meant the menu was limited but we found some great stuff. Our server was OK. She was not friendly at all but took our order and made sure it came out promptly and correct. We did have to track her down for drink refills. Overall we will go back! It was a fun place.”

“Soccer Taco has become our go-to spot for street tacos, and after eating here multiple times, I can honestly say it serves some of the best birria tacos in East Texas. The meat is always tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the consommé has a rich flavor that keeps you coming back for more. You can tell the food is made fresh and not just sitting around waiting to be served.

One thing that really stands out is the consistency. Whether we’re stopping in for a quick lunch or dinner, the quality is always the same. The rice and beans are excellent every time, which is something a lot of restaurants struggle to get right. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and even more so with their salsa and the service has always been friendlyu and efficient.

If I could make a couple of suggestions, I would love to see radishes served alongside the birria tacos. The cucumbers are good, but I think radishes would add a more traditional touch and complement the tacos perfectly. Even better would be offering both. I would also personally prefer the salsa to be served chilled rather than warm, as I think it would enhance the flavor and freshness.

Those are minor preferences and certainly not complaints. Overall, Soccer Taco consistently delivers authentic, fresh, and delicious food. If you’re looking for great street tacos, amazing birria, and dependable quality, this is absolutely a place worth trying. We recommend it to friends and family all the time and will definitely keep coming back.”

“W have always loved to do order pick ups since the doors opened. But we finally decided to dine in a few weeks back and we had a great time listening to the live band, our waitress Sara W. was the absolute best. She was quick and officiant with our order, helped me figure out what to drink since I've never ordered any mixed drinks from here before. Over all it was a great experience and will for sure be dining in a lot more thanks to her and the friendly environment.”

“This the local DK. Before I knew what DK stood for, I called it Donkey Kong. So I love my Donkey Kong. I Fill up here every week. The ladies that work there are always friendly and nice. I enjoy the reward system that they have that allows you to get cheaper gas. .”
