We arrived to this location at 11:41am April 12th 2025 . We stood there for 15 min. Only one gentleman was ahead of us at the time , but he checked out shortly. It appeared they had an online order to complete that seemed sizable . I don’t mind waiting . The issue is not a hello , how are you , it will be 10 min. They didn’t make eye contact with us or acknowledge our presence in anyway as we stood in front of the order sign. Usually when that particular staff is there , the experience is lackluster each time .

Atmosphere sucks hangouting in the back when we pulled up acted like it was a problem to come in and make sandwiches literally threw my pizza on the counter only put three pepperonis on my pizza woman who made my sandwiches was the one who acted like her job was such a problem…. Lady being trained was complaining to two high school kids about not having vegetables prepped TALK ABOUT IT WHEN THERE ISN'T CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF HANGING OUT OUTSIDE…. When we left the same lady ran right back outside…. Giggled knowing we were irritated… don’t handle your food carefully && need all new staff

The ladies in there were really nice and even recommended me toppings to put on the sandwich and it was delicious honey mustard and bbq sauce and pickles with the rotisserie chicken sandwich

Out of drinks and tried to charge for water. The staff said it was not there fault. Really. You have no drinks and want to charge the same for water as a soft drink. Im not aware of any place charging for water unless bottled. Poor policy that just drives customers away. Unlikely I will try this location again.

Ordered online and picked up. Employee was rude. When I got hm I had to throw my food away. Ordered tuna footloose. Bread was so stale u couldn't even bite into it. It was gross. Went without dinner. I should get a refund. Horrible!!

This subway has always messed up my order I never have gotten what I paid for. I wnt be going back. U can't call them makes no sense. Guess my husband needs to open the sandwich there to make sure it's what we ordered. I'm gonna have to go in and tell the manager how bad they really suck. I want my money back.
