This restaurant was military family owned. It has ready great food, reasonably priced, served by friendly, competent staff. We once had a small Christmas party there, and it was a great choice. I recommrnd it highly. There is plenty of regular parking and handicapped parking. The restaurant location is on the Main road leading from 1604 in San Antonio to Bandara, Texas.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. The young man waiting on me was great -- polite and attentive (even though hardly anyone in the place). Too bad food not as good as service. CHICKEN-FRIED STEAK . I am really particular about CFS and this did not come close. Contrary to other reviews, the piece of meat was very tough, even though it was paper thin to begin with. Thin batter that was a third bigger than the meat it contained. Also, fell right off meat; no adherence at all. Sides ok....

We’ve enjoyed the service provided by Brandon. He was extremely attentive and a well mannered gentleman. We ordered the pulled pork Avacado omelette and the basic breakfast. The hash browns could have been cooked a bit longer and my honey said the pork could have used more flavor, although, I thought it was perfectly seasoned. To each is own I guess.
Beyond that, every time we’ve eaten here the food is delicious and the service is excellent.
