Overall the food is pretty good but they are very understaffed. The employees are nice and helpful but too short handed. Also, I have never seen a manager for owner any time I've been there. Today I went in with my family for lunch and they had a bad leak from one of the AC vents on the ceiling. They had a wet floor sign in the middle of a puddle of water. Several customers slipped but fortunately no one fell. I helped and elderly man walk past the puddle at one point. After about 20 mins an employee place a bucket near the leak but it was still hitting the floor. They never made an attempt to mop or dry the puddle simply placed a bucket and continued to walk past it. The restrooms wreak of sewage and these are 10 feet away from where the food is being made. I understand that things happen but these are things that need to be addressed since it involves customer safety.

Ordered for pick up and they messed up my order and gave me a salad when I specifically ordered a mushroom Swiss Burger. I would not recommend eating here you get better quality at in&out

I am a regular and go for lunch since it is close to the office. They will not let me substitute fried pickles instead of fries. I would even pay the unchange but they don't allow it.

If you want to have your food to go. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! It's better to go inside to order your food bc I ordered through app and wait over 30 mins for my food when I arrived. I ordered at 720 and by 8pm still wasn't ready. But when someone ordered their food in line it was ready before mine after 740pm. The hostess acted like she didn't care no apologies or anything that make me feel that I'm appreciated foe ordering there. Go to huebner location because every time I ordered there it was done before I arrived no matter the time and I always felt like I was a priority.
We ordered the Wings, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and Jalepeno Rings. Everything was delicious! Super happy to find these jalepeno rings! May stop by just for those. Looking forward to coming back to try their burgers.
*All food seems made fresh so be prepared to wait. But to me it was well worth it*
