This pizza appears to have been Prepared ahead, it was Dry and cold and over cooked. I was there early, 4:30 and it appeared as if they were getting ready for a busy night by baking ahead.

The pizza was great, the bread is the perfect thickness, not too thick but not too thin, plenty of toppings, all pizzas were delicious. I’ve lived in Helotes for years and always passed by but never tried this place. But will definitely be coming back.?
