“Our first time there and the experience was wonderful. It started with great service, by Rebecka. We chatted with some customers seated at the next table, who shared their secrets. Come before six pm and get the pizza rolls as appetizers. We came with the intent to get pizza but ended up getting some shrimp dishes, spaghetti and meatballs, plus chicken parm. All the dishes were great. This is our new favotite Italian restaurant.“

“Today we had an extraordinary experience thank to our server Gregory we mentioned to him that we were excited and celebrating life because our 4 year old went for her yearly MRI scans and came out NED. He went out of his way to put his team together to sing to our precious warrior with a delicious cake and candle, now she is 3 years NED. Food was delicious, cutomer service was excellent, I truly love the atmosphere and recommend it 100%“

Spoke with server about poor service and requested company contact, She declined and informed me that it wouldn’t do any good, because she was quitting. I frequently travel to the area and will have to find another Italian restaurant with employees wanting to work there and serve.“

“The food was so delicious, but man, was it FREEEEZING in there. It was so cold that even the food got cold after 5 minutes. The staff was wonderful, though. We would have stayed longer, and gotten more drinks and dessert, but the temperature made it all pretty unpleasant. 😢“

I walked over, was greeted immediately, given a table, ordered, had hot fresh baked bread come out to my table, my order followed about 5 minutes after! “Went there for dinner with our kids. Ordered a large pizza, wings (was out of the flavor we wanted) 2 Caesar salads, 2 soft drinks and 4 waters. We see 6 soft drinks on the screen and say we only wanted 2. Lady says they charge for water. 3$ for tap water? Ok fine, whatever.

Some guy brings out the 2 Caesar salads. Says something about not being able to find the dressing. Another lady comes out and says they are out of Caesar dressing and offer us other options. Pizza comes out and we ask for a side of ranch dressing. Lady looks us dead in the eyes and says they are $.99.

So after charging us $12 for tap water, messing up the Caesar salads, they now want another $1 for a tiny side of ranch dressing?

Needless to say, we will never step foot back in this place.

Edit: was contacted by the company and they made it right. Which to me, says a lot. Not many companies are willing to do that lately. Changing to 4 stars.

For what it’s worth, the food was actually pretty good. It was just the over all experience from the staff that ruined it.“

“Always excellent service. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Then escorted to your seats as soon as possible. Menu handed individually immediately upon everyone sitting down. Drink order is taken rapidly to keep you refreshed while you're deciding your meal. Then waiter/waitress asks if appetizers are wished upon. Then brought back so you can place your main course order. While waiting for your main course you enjoy your appetizers. Drink flow is flowing throughout your entire meal. This completes the excellent customer service that they have provided for us each and every visit! Returning customers! Thank you!!!“

“Everytime we visit the mall this is the first stop. My kids love the pizza. Today my daughter saw the spaghetti and meatballs and had to have that. She didn’t choose wrong. It was delicious. Meatballs are extra in cost but I couldn’t resist these huge meatballs. We got the plain noodles . They have another spaghetti noodles with I think it was with tomato’s and peppers. It looked yummy. She got the small and should have gotten the lg as I had a bite of hers and could have eaten it all. It came with a piece of garlic bread. I normally just have a bite of my kids but I will definitely get my own plate next time.
The servers were so nice and helpful. When we have to move (mil fam) I’m going to miss this place.“

“This was a day truly full of blessings. My wife and I stopped him this afternoon to get an early dinner. Our server was Daniel A. and we were seated at table 66. Our first blessing came having Daniel as our server. He was exceptional, extremely polite, courteous, professional and just all around a great human being. Our second blessing being at your establishment was a couple who was sitting diagonally across from us had blessed us with covering our bill for our meal. I had gone to take my wife to the ladies room since she's in the electric scooter to wait for her to come out and during that time one of the two ladies that were sitting across from us at paid our bill. We returned back to our table not knowing this had happened until she and her table mate got up to leave and she stopped by the table and put a receipt on the table and told us to enjoy our meal. After inspecting the receipt she had given us, I found that it was our bill paid in full even with a tip included. Can you say God is good all the time. And it lets you know that there are still good people around. And since Daniel was a great human being and server, we even gave him an additional tip. So thank you for hiring people like Daniel and I'm sure you have other staff members that are equally as good. But you need more people like Daniel taking care of your customers. This was our first time going to this restaurant at this location. But if Daniel's going to be there again we're going to definitely ask for him. “My car stalled right in front of North Italia in San Antonio at The Rim. I had my autistic daughter with me. I had lost my husband two months ago and I was in a panic and beyond stressed. I needed help pushing my car into a parking spot safely as my car couldn’t drive. The manager came out and helped push my car to safety. He offered us water or to make a pizza and I said no thank you that is very kind of you but we will come and eat inside while we wait for the tow truck. The minute I sat down, nothing but the best service. They were so understanding because of my daughter’s special needs and the stressful situation we were in that they were able to go above and beyond for us. My daughter calmed down and was happy. The food was really good. I am Italian and very picky as you can understand why, so I was impressed with the taste and quality. I for sure will be back! Sincerely, I can’t thank them enough.“
