Hostess was very understanding of our needs before seating us and we were seated rather promptly. Service was super fast but not to where we felt rushed. The waiter heard us out and repeated our order twice just to make sure and it all came out correct. The breadsticks were fresh and so was the salad. Overall great visit!
We visited the Olive Garden at Alamo Ranch and the food was okay. It’s Olive Garden. If you’ve eaten at one Olive Garden, you’ve eaten at all of them. HOWEVER! Our waiter, Carmelo, was fantastic. He made the experience so worth the time and expense. He was kind, patient, he knew when to check on us without being overbearing. Was skipped over while waiting for a table because they "supposedly sent me a text," but I didn't receive any text. Luckily, there was a front of the house manager, then when I went to ask about being seated. We were taken back right away.
