“First time dining at Fish City Grill at 7010 W Loop 1604 N and could not have been happier with the food, service and all-around experience. My wife and I were eating out on our 22nd wedding anniversary and chose this location based on the online menu and reviews. She had the blackened cobia tacos on the special of the day menu and I had the fried seafood platter. Both were excellent as was the shrimp and crab queso appetizer. In addition, our waiter brought us a free sampler that included the roasted jalapeno soup, crab bisque, clam chowder and gumbo. All were delicious. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive throughout our meal and presented us with a 20% off coupon for our next visit. We were surprised that the place was not more crowded than it was on a Saturday evening, because the food and overall experience should be attracting a big clientele. Again, thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful dining experience. And for anyone thinking about visiting, don't hesitate. You're missing a great meal at a very reasonable price.“

“We have been eating at the Thai Restaurant for nearly twenty years, through four owners. We really have to say that the current owner has better food and service than the any of the previous owners. My husband always orders the green curry, which is just spicy enough for him, whether he asks for a 6 or 10 on the spicy scale. I try to order different plates, from the Pad Thai, which is always delicious with nice, firm noodles, to the Basil Fish, which is a fresh tilapia filet with lots of fresh stir-fried veggies. Everything is always fresh and clean. And the service is great, fast, efficient and very nice. We highly recommend the Thai Restaurant, for lunch or dinner, or both!“

“Baan Thai is hands down my favorite Thai restaurant in San Antonio. We even know our waitress by now, which says everything about the kind of place this is.

The food is incredible every single time. The pad thai and pad kee mow are both must-orders, and the red Thai curry is rich and perfectly spiced. Save room for the mango sticky rice and Thai tea — honestly the best way to end a meal here.

If you're looking for authentic, delicious Thai food with warm hospitality, Baan Thai is it. 10/10, no notes.“

“We came in from out of town. Our family recommended us to go eat there! It was our first time eating Korean BBQ! We loved it!!!! Our children liked the shrimp tempura, shrimp friend rice and ramen. Make sure you order just the regular broth with the ramen 🍜 if it’s for your kids. If not it’s a bit spicy if you don’t. It’s very temp hot too. Ethan are server was pleasant and attentive. “We’ve been looking for scratch kitchen Asian food and we found it. We almost didn’t go in but glad we did. The food is all fresh from scratch, delicious and served hot. The best egg rolls in town. General Tso’s Chicken, Lo Mein, Mongolian, Lettuce Wraps, Pork Dumplings, Egg Drop Soup are all amazing. We go there weekly now. No bar, so take your own beer and wine, they do provide wine glasses. The restaurant is well lit and very clean.“

“Large party of approximately 40 people, for a baby shower. Unfortunately we were only permitted to order from the appetizer list, light dishes, and dessert list. I wanted the salmon that was on the main entree list, so I had artichoke dip instead.
Each tablet had their own waiter but every guest was given separate checks, even children. Ben was supposed to combine tickets for an adult and a child. It wasn't noticed until after the adult and child left. I called the adult because they needed to verify what dishes she paid for. While verifing the last 4 digits of the cc, Ben apologized to me for not combining the tickets. I paid because, even though it was the waiters fault, I knew it was a very hectic situation. Overall everything was great, except not being able to order from the main menu.“

We had our drinks and food order taken quickly and never had to ask for a refill. “This was a day truly full of blessings. My wife and I stopped him this afternoon to get an early dinner. Our server was Daniel A. and we were seated at table 66. Our first blessing came having Daniel as our server. He was exceptional, extremely polite, courteous, professional and just all around a great human being. Our second blessing being at your establishment was a couple who was sitting diagonally across from us had blessed us with covering our bill for our meal. I had gone to take my wife to the ladies room since she's in the electric scooter to wait for her to come out and during that time one of the two ladies that were sitting across from us at paid our bill. We returned back to our table not knowing this had happened until she and her table mate got up to leave and she stopped by the table and put a receipt on the table and told us to enjoy our meal. After inspecting the receipt she had given us, I found that it was our bill paid in full even with a tip included. Can you say God is good all the time. And it lets you know that there are still good people around. And since Daniel was a great human being and server, we even gave him an additional tip. So thank you for hiring people like Daniel and I'm sure you have other staff members that are equally as good. But you need more people like Daniel taking care of your customers. This was our first time going to this restaurant at this location. But if Daniel's going to be there again we're going to definitely ask for him. The service counter, the self-serve island, the dining room, and the restroom were impeccable. After 30 years of patronizing locations across the country, I have found that both corporate and franchise stores are grossly lax in their cleanliness, which is especially evident in the foul, dingy, worn, rusted, crusted, putrid, and universally nasty restrooms. My visit to this store was such a fresh and notable contrast. I introduced myself to the GM, affirmed him in no uncertain terms, and promised a positive review. The praise is well-deserved. “I picked up lunch from Golden Wok in the Shell gas station on Eisenhower Rd & Midcrown Dr. I should have called it in but I didn’t. Ordered the sweet n sour pork and lemon chicken with steamed rice. Also ordered the chicken Lo Mein, All plates were made fresh and tasted great. Good portions as well, and those were the lunch plates, the dinner plates are bigger. They have a couple of tables to eat at but they were piled with their kitchen stock. I’d order from there again.“

“We placed a to go order today for the first time at Panera and I'm really surprised by the quality and service I received. I'm not typically a fan of sandwich shops, but we were gifted a gift card for a few meals by a friend.

I ordered the pick two combo and got the half toated Italiano with the half green goddess chicken cobb. My husband ordered the chicken bacon rancher. We also ordered an iced vanilla latte plus a kitchen sink cookie.

The portion sizes were perfect. The bread tasted pretty good. Everything was cooked well. The flavor of the italiano was excellent and exactly what I was hoping to get. I was happy with the green goddess dressing and salad as well. The cookie is MASSIVE and delicious. It's so worth the price!

We also ran into an issue during our visit which was handled quickly by management. I placed the order on my credit card instead of on the gift card. All I had to do was call the store, told the manager what happened and she canceled my order so that I could re order using my gift card.

I'm really impressed and will be back again even after the gift card runs out.“

We got the Sweet Tea. omgoodness... they made that tea with love, if you are a lemon tea person. Delicious! (Got some to go 😉👌🏽). Complimentary soup! “Only go through the drive-through. Staff is kinda rude and forget to add things i asked for like sides of salsa and Pico. The drive through takes a LONG TIME you WILL be asked yo pull into.a spot and wait for someone to walk your food out so its very clear they think of you of just a number that they need to get out of line to have a low average drive through time.“
