“First time dining at Fish City Grill at 7010 W Loop 1604 N and could not have been happier with the food, service and all-around experience. My wife and I were eating out on our 22nd wedding anniversary and chose this location based on the online menu and reviews. She had the blackened cobia tacos on the special of the day menu and I had the fried seafood platter. Both were excellent as was the shrimp and crab queso appetizer. In addition, our waiter brought us a free sampler that included the roasted jalapeno soup, crab bisque, clam chowder and gumbo. All were delicious. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive throughout our meal and presented us with a 20% off coupon for our next visit. We were surprised that the place was not more crowded than it was on a Saturday evening, because the food and overall experience should be attracting a big clientele. Again, thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful dining experience. And for anyone thinking about visiting, don't hesitate. You're missing a great meal at a very reasonable price.“

“We have been eating at the Thai Restaurant for nearly twenty years, through four owners. We really have to say that the current owner has better food and service than the any of the previous owners. My husband always orders the green curry, which is just spicy enough for him, whether he asks for a 6 or 10 on the spicy scale. I try to order different plates, from the Pad Thai, which is always delicious with nice, firm noodles, to the Basil Fish, which is a fresh tilapia filet with lots of fresh stir-fried veggies. Everything is always fresh and clean. And the service is great, fast, efficient and very nice. We highly recommend the Thai Restaurant, for lunch or dinner, or both!“

“The manager Adrian and our waitress Gaz exhibited the true definition of excellent customer service. My granddaughter is autistic and wasn’t happy about being at the restaurant 😂 When Adrian noticed that my party and I were leaving, he immediately informed me that he had a section that would accommodate us. Shortly after being seated, Gaz (our beautiful waitress) came right over and insured us that everything was ok. Our food was delivered to us in to-go containers so that we would be prepared to leave quickly if needed. She proceeded to provide us with exceptional service and no judgement. “We came in from out of town. Our family recommended us to go eat there! It was our first time eating Korean BBQ! We loved it!!!! Our children liked the shrimp tempura, shrimp friend rice and ramen. Make sure you order just the regular broth with the ramen 🍜 if it’s for your kids. If not it’s a bit spicy if you don’t. It’s very temp hot too. Ethan are server was pleasant and attentive. Great for birthdays too! I love how they sing to you and play the happy birthday song with glow sicks! Love of delicious sides come with the meal. We really enjoyed ourselves! The only thing I’ve found that isn’t so good is the satay but everything else has been the bomb. Also their lemon chicken (yes Chinese-ish) is really wonderful.
I love their pad see ewe, pad kra pow, pad pak, and their Thai lettuce wraps. Tom kha and tom yum are delicious. Just come and try it…can’t wait to try more things here.“

“I had one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had, and it was all thanks to Kristian. I was on a business trip dining alone, and from the moment I sat down, his level of service was truly exceptional. Attentive without being overwhelming, genuinely kind, and incredibly professional.

He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, kept everything flowing perfectly, and made me feel genuinely taken care of the entire time. When you’re traveling alone, that kind of service makes a huge difference, and Kristian absolutely delivered.

It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in what they do. Kristian didn’t just serve me, he elevated the entire experience. This was hands down the best service I’ve ever received at any restaurant.

Also, a quick mention to Devin, the manager, who was very welcoming and clearly leads a great team. It shows.

“Me and my husband had lunch today and our server ALEXANDER G was our server and he had exceptional service! He was the best server we have had anywhere. He was on top of our drink refills, food, breadsticks and soups. And he often asked if there was anything we needed or how everything was going. He had a great attitude and you could tell he enjoys what he does. If Olive Garden needed that one person to train others, it would be Alex! We definitely let him know he was the best service we ever had. If more servers were like him then they would make more money and the restaurants would make more business. Thank you Alex for giving me and hubby outstanding service today. We will be back and definitely asking for him!!!“

As always, it's too much food, even with their smaller plate options. The tables were so crowded, it was hard to for comfortably and chairs often banged into each other. If suggest removing a couple tables so all guests can be comfortable.“

“Holy Moly! Just tried this place on a whim. Wow!! The food was amazing. So fresh and delicious. We got the shrimp lo-Mein. Beef brisket noodles, twice cooked pork belly and crispy dumplings. Wow. Just wow. All of it was amazing.“

“The service was impeccable. Arwynn, who is new, was amazing! I have a gluten allergy and I was impressed with her knowledge of the food options available, procedures in the kitchen, etc. She even let me know that she made the salad herself with washed hands, while wearing gloves, and she personally hand washed our salad plates away from the croutons. She is an asset to the company. I assumed she had been here a while, or had allergies herself, but she said she's new and doesn't have allergies. She just takes allergies very seriously, which I appreciated. She notified the manager of my allergy and kept us up to date on what was going on in the cooking process. The manager came over and spoke with us, too.

This was hands down the best food service I've ever received in the United States. I wish everyone would be trained as well as Arwynn. I felt safe eating here and like I was in good hands and my health concerns were taken seriously.

“It was my first time going out to eat in a long time and it did not disappoint. The bread sticks were fresh and warm the salad was amazing and the Pasta was perfection. My child order the spaghetti and pizza and to my surprise ate every bite of the spaghetti. He was not a fan of the pizza but the Manager was accommodating and switched it for more pasta. I know its dumb but my favorite part was the Dr Pepper. I feel like it was the best one Ive had in a Long Time and I even got one to go. Our server was great I don't think I got his name, but he did check on us and not in a way were I felt like I was being rushed or neglected. He made sure we had what we needed. Wish I could come more often it was great. :)“

After 30 years of patronizing locations across the country, I have found that both corporate and franchise stores are grossly lax in their cleanliness, which is especially evident in the foul, dingy, worn, rusted, crusted, putrid, and universally nasty restrooms. My visit to this store was such a fresh and notable contrast. I introduced myself to the GM, affirmed him in no uncertain terms, and promised a positive review. The praise is well-deserved. It's too bad the Panera brand as a whole falls so woefully short of excellence.“

“I picked up lunch from Golden Wok in the Shell gas station on Eisenhower Rd & Midcrown Dr. I should have called it in but I didn’t. Ordered the sweet n sour pork and lemon chicken with steamed rice. Also ordered the chicken Lo Mein, All plates were made fresh and tasted great. Good portions as well, and those were the lunch plates, the dinner plates are bigger. They have a couple of tables to eat at but they were piled with their kitchen stock. I’d order from there again.“

“We placed a to go order today for the first time at Panera and I'm really surprised by the quality and service I received. I'm not typically a fan of sandwich shops, but we were gifted a gift card for a few meals by a friend.

I ordered the pick two combo and got the half toated Italiano with the half green goddess chicken cobb. My husband ordered the chicken bacon rancher. We also ordered an iced vanilla latte plus a kitchen sink cookie.

The portion sizes were perfect. The bread tasted pretty good. Everything was cooked well. The flavor of the italiano was excellent and exactly what I was hoping to get. I was happy with the green goddess dressing and salad as well. The cookie is MASSIVE and delicious. It's so worth the price!

We also ran into an issue during our visit which was handled quickly by management. I placed the order on my credit card instead of on the gift card. All I had to do was call the store, told the manager what happened and she canceled my order so that I could re order using my gift card.

I'm really impressed and will be back again even after the gift card runs out.“

“I had such a wonderful experience hosting a breakfast meet-up at this Panera. The staff made the entire process incredibly easy and welcoming. Sometimes when you bring a group into a restaurant you worry about feeling like you’re inconveniencing the team, but they were the complete opposite — so accommodating and kind.

A special thank you to Clare, who truly went above and beyond. She greeted everyone warmly, checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, and was such a friendly presence throughout the morning. At the end, she even walked me to my car and helped me carry my bags. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out.
