This morning my husband went through the drive-through and ordered a turkey sandwich. He received a sandwich with minimal turkey and old lettuce. And to top it off, they ran out of chips, so he received a baguette to go with his sandwich. The last time we went and ordered soup they were out of the baguettes so I received chips with my soup. Maybe if we try another location we will have better experiences but most likely may not return to this location.
Being unable to get the cups at the counter and instead only getting it when your food is ready is ridiculous and annoying. I get the hot tea which I steep for a few minutes, during that time my food is getting cold. Before I'd steep it while my food is being made, but now I have to do it this way. Also if I just want a drink it takes much longer to actually get it as they now need to work through the earlier orders.Thus I'm not going to renew my sip club subscription and will...read full review
