The enchiladas had a can flavored sauce.The beans and rice were great. Next time I will stick with the fajita quesadilla. I just was not satisfied with the enchiladas sauce tasted cheap.
They have changed to much. No borracho beans. The one between Thousands Oaks and Brookhollow is always out of product. Used to be my favorite place. Go back to the original enchiladas! Damn!!

Quality is hit and miss for most Taco Cabanas, so I stopped going many years ago. This one is pretty good right now and I like going. But after several times waiting for someone to tend the register and take an order - I'm done. It's simple stuff, but I'm not coming back.
