We tried Hooters in Hampton Va. again after a little over a year. Our last 2 visits were really bad and that is being very conservative. Service and Food. We decided to try again same location we were shocked at the difference, the waitress Catherine was very polite, professional and amazing very knowledgeable of the products. the Food was perfect. Waiting for a to go. Every single waitress asked me how I was if I needed anything. The bar tender even came from behind the bar.

This place has really fallen apart. The service was very absent. After being sat it took over 15 min and 2 trips to the bar to see who my server was. Food was average at best. Tenders were decent sized and hot however my burger tasted charred and way over done. Only got one refil on drinks due to my server being MIA for almost entire stay.
