The girls and the service was awesome, but the management needs to go back to training shool. They have lousy customer service. The management was rude and disrespectful do not recommend them at all... !!
Once again they forget the chocolate milk for my son’s kids meal. They always forget when we order delivery. If I don’t go in person to pickup and order there they always get something wrong. They have bags with a checklist on the outside and they are always blank. They have systems in place to help them and they don’t use them. Dani was the best. I come in regularly because not only is the service great but the wings made by the cooks are outstanding! Rob is always very welcoming as well as Kim when she is here working. All around the hooters staff makes me keep on comin’ back!
