Corner Bakery Cafe has really good food and fantastic $6.99 lunch deals. The hot panini sandwiches are delicious, and the chicken pesto and crispy beef sandwiches were really good. A chicken salad sandwich, drink, and side (fruit instead of chips) was free with a coupon. However, one order of chicken rosa pasta contained a 5 inch hair, which was a total waste of money. The atmosphere inside seems dreary and lackluster, and the tables remain sticky to the touch despite cleaning. Parking is decent. The service stands out: a Manager fixed an overcharge and gave a free item, while a General Manager personally delivered missing plates, forks, cream cheese & preserves for a catering order. Gluten-free/celiac customers are well taken care of, as team members ensure meals are safe to eat.
